It’s not a new argument lol, this was the framers’ reasoning when they put it in the Constitution more than 200 years ago. “I need a gun to protect myself from all of the other people with guns” is also a valid and strong argument itself. Gun control only disarms law-abiding gun owners and leaves us more vulnerable to criminals. How many times has a “gun-free zone” or strict gun control like they have in Chicago stopped criminals from using often illegally-obtained guns to rob and kill people?

I never got into any physical fights, but we got our energy and aggression out at recess. After football got banned at recess, we made “tackle basketball” a thing. Seems like a lot of schools have cut down on recess time though, but kids really need it.

I'm optimistic about this bill for my state. It's clear that colleges often botch sexual assault violations: either they protect the accused and try to sweep it under the rug, or stage some kangaroo court where they expel somebody with very little evidence or even evidence exonerating them.
