Well they aren't just sexual objects- her point is that the administration isn't teaching them that. They're teaching the opposite (in her view), namely that boys are undermined by their inability to not objectify women. Her point is that people shouldn't be telling boys this- I dont agree necessarily with how she gets there but That's what it is. Idk if that's what this is actually saying bud- the problem in this document isn't with the boys, its with the administrators. The adults who in her mind enforce an archaic, conservative, and sexist dress code on the girls at school do so (in her straw-man presentation of the argument) to protect the boys however, its not clear that according to her its the boys who are to blame.

You've missed his point entirely. He's pointing out that arguably the actual meaning behind the sign is not advocating violence against men, or perpetuating some kind of double standard. Its a joke which, in context, might actually draw more of its effect from a subtle criticism/recognition of the absurdity inoverreacting to rejection to the point of throwing coffee at someone. Either way, its a joke.There are bigger issues involving men than jokes that fall flat on sensitive ears.
