I'm aware it was during quarantine, but even so you could still do stuff, even if cinemas and restaurants are closed, you could still have movies at home, cook together, go for walks, some casual and cheap dates. I know plenty of people that went into the quarantine as couples and came out as couples, you know why? Because they made an effort to still see each other. If they did as OP and ditched each other for 4 months because of that, they'd come out single. I even went on some dates during th…

Yeah, no doubt! There is plenty of good advice on here, but people need to know the limit of all this advice, and also keep in mind that people are very different, so the effect the advice will have is also different. Don't just blindly follow the advice. As you said, "how would I feel if someone were like this with me?" Is something that people should consider.

Exactly, I know a lot of girls tend to do this, playing hard to get or acting like they aren't interested because they want the guy to chase them. But for me, as a guy, I hate these games and I just don't bite into it, if you're interested, show it. If you want to play these weird games, definitely not for me. Especially in this example, she kept reaching out but got ignored, I'd of done the same and just upped and left.

Sooooo, you dated for 6 months.. 4 of which you avoided her, and most of the time you were MIA / ignoring her.. And you wonder where it went wrong? For starters.. Why did you avoid each other for 4 months? Like dude you should of gone out and done shit with her. Why did you ignore her most of the time? Especially when she was trying to spark up a conversation most of the time? Clearly she was interested, are you really surprised that another guy came along? Boy...

A lot of it also comes down to the type of body you have and how you dress. I'm also not good with facial hair, so my face also looks a bit younger than most around my age. What I did in terms of spicing up my appearance was working out to build more muscle and get a bit bigger, got some tattoos on my arms and changed out my wardrobe to get some new clothes that work better for my body type. Just alone dressing well really improves your game.

Yeah I think if you approached them while they were walking with a friend, then all the stuff you mentioned is appropriate.

No no, I'm a guy. Yeah there are a few girls who are a bit more careful about having guys over. Not really sure why. But I tend to suggest speaking over the phone first or meeting somewhere in public and go for a walk so we can see who each other are, and then when it's time for something to eat, I offer that we grab a bite somewhere or we could go home and cook something ourselves, I will brag about being good at cooking and sometimes they offer to go back to their place and let me cook for the…

A lot of it depends on the person, I have met people who are awfully shy and a bit more cautious, also met people extremely aggressive who just kissed me as soon as I walked in, start by seeing what kind of person she is, but yes I'd definitely go for a hug in the beginning to sort of break the ice, also a good way to make the person feel a bit more comfortable. Invite her in and give her a quick tour, pull off a joke or two and make her laugh, ask if she had trouble finding the place, be a bit …
