I agree. I found that circling back to accepting a religious-like morality and metaphysical framework was the best thing that happened to me. Sitting a free 10 day vipassana meditation course under S.N. Goenka was the catalyst. That’s where the answers to “how should I live” are best answered. The central red pill truth presented here is like a punch in the stomach that forces you to look at reality and drop all beliefs that aren’t in accordance with it.

The nature of a red pill truth though is that it’s something that you don’t want to hear. If it was completely open to everyone’s input it would be watered down and defeat the purpose. FDS, however, does not seem to be truth that is hard to hear for its participants. RPW is.

It was just a simple way to say all the common goals we express on this sub. I could’ve replaced red pill with manhood or recovery.

I appreciate you sharing your experience. I attract broken women, so you’re dead on. I’m at the point I’ve progressed so far in fitness I find it easier to run a marathon than to honestly share how fucked I am in the head with someone, and even worse, show the emotion that proves it.

I’ve read NMMNG 1.5 times but never did the activities where you share stuff with a trusted man.

Thanks, man. It hasn’t seemed to be a big deal since we’re fucking, but now seems to be an indication that she’s not that into me. It was pretty strange this last time though she was at dick level jerking me off and biting on my abs but wouldn’t suck my dick when I told her to. I just put her on the bed and fucked her though.

Please elaborate on what the nectar of the gods feeling is like. I'm actually not as lethargic as I was, as in I don't lay around the house as much, but I never have bursts of high energy like I remember as a kid and my voice is weak. If I find that I am even average after all, is it still worth tasting the nectar of the gods?

I just found out this morning after reading on your website that my doctor pulled exactly what you said they often do - I had my levels checked and he told me my results were "right in the middle; where they should be," without giving me the actual results so I could check for myself. I trusted him. I had my levels checked in October 2015 after reading a similar post on this site, and after hearing back from him lost interest. I called my office today and picked up the results. I only had total …

Personally I embrace the risk. I use motorcycling as a new tool for developing myself. I love it more than anything I do. It's given me confidence and a feeling of power knowing I'm experiencing and surviving a joy my friend's are scared of. I'm going to attend track days in the future and it sounds like one of the coolest things you can do in this "safe" country.

I do man. I have really broken free in the weight room in the last couple of weeks. I work out at least 5 days a week and on leg day I get a good run in. I feel like my testosterone has really increased since I started working out a year ago. From advice on this sub, I got my T checked by my family doctor and he just phoned me my results saying it was right smack in the middle, and for some reason I was okay with that. Never seen the results, but now I have learned that "average" testosterone le…

I'm actually at that point where I'm forcing myself to do things more than I used to. I'm at my best during the hours I get to work out, go to BJJ class, or do meaningful work on my senior design project. The problem is when I run out if those things to do or can't find what is meaningful for me to do. I think it must be me being too reliant on something external to come my way rather than go into my own thoughts and figure it out. I appreciate your comments. I'll try to take more steps like you…

We're definitely on opposite sides of the balance. I fail to see the advantage it gives me right now. The thing is I want to meet intelligent people too, I just haven't figured it out yet. I'm in monk mode until I build my mind back up.

I'm only 25 and I am face to face with this fear that I will never have a social life. I didn't even try when I came to college. I thought that friendship had to be 100% genuine and expected people to come befriend me. I started hating weekends, and usually spent them alone listening to podcasts. Of course, I didn't get laid. I lost my virginity at 24 and have only fucked black hookers for $40 and $60 dollars. My whole life has deteriorated. Not only do I feel stupid in social settings, I feel d…

Do you have any true bros? Like dudes who always got your back? I have at least one. We've known each other a while, share a similar sense of humor, and talk all the time about what to read and how to make ourselves better. We're both fascinated by red pill philosophy. I still don't feel close to anyone. I can't talk to him on the phone without getting anxiety. That's probably a direct cause of scarcity mentality.

Yeah, it really is second nature sometimes, even for me, but only when circumstance makes it so. I'm too under exercised in the fundamentals, like starting and ending a conversation. I've always been uneasy on the phone because there are less cues to read people by. Let's be honest, no one my age should have this problem. But I can feel myself improving. The skills I'm learning in meditation are helping me will my focus into the present moment. It's still a confidence killer in the meantime, and…

I never quite thought of it that way before. I grew up watching sex like it was seemingly the easiest thing in the world to get access to and meanwhile never learned how to be social with women or even have an outlet to speak out my sexual urges. That is a recipe for disaster and it was.

You would have the same incentive as now to get to the top but society would be less weak and full of bullshit.
/r/TheRedPill15/09/16 02:05 AM
2

That's because society wants to revert to the natural way of things. It's like a natural entropic force breaking down what we've built. It takes concentrated energy to be better than we naturally are. The men who progressed our social structure in the past had to of dealt with the same controversial ideas because men and women's feelings tell them to do something different.

The only way to "resist" is if you anticipate an even bigger reward This seems to sum up the major roadblock to successfully changing patterns in your life. For someone who has never experienced being desired it seems impossible to conceive of this bigger reward as not some fantasy.

The psychology and strategy of creating illusions and manipulating emotions that this book goes deep into is top notch in my opinion. You gain a lot of self awareness from the reflection it puts on you and learn to strategize several steps ahead in the "game of influencing emotions."

I've been where you're at, thinking I was an absolute retard and ashamed of my parents. You are nowhere near your full potential. Anxiety diminishes your cognitive function like the other guy said. That's your EQ, and it's more important than your inherited intelligence. Life is all about momentum. I recommend picking up the book Outliers, as it clearly demonstrates this. Distraction short circuits the learning process. This is what your panic attacks do to your personal growth. You want to medi…

I wrote down a quote from The Millionaire Mind: Getting along today is the foundation for becoming a leader tomorrow. There's the blue pill path to mediocrity and the red pill path to excellence, but both start with successfully interacting with others and inverting that skill into game.

I really want to believe this is true. I've been doing double full body work outs three days a week and pick up basketball or sprints nearly every day. I fucking murdered it today, and played great basketball during a five game winning spree. At the same time I've been experiencing the worst depression of my life, and try to just spend as much time as I can at the university rec. It feels like my only effective tool in combating this, and I want to keep adding more until I finally get there.

You mentioned lean gains in another thread. I've been fasting 16hrs/day and consuming an average excess of 250 calories a day. I haven't stalled yet on anything except deadlifts and I still have a lot of size to add to my frame. Do you recommend upping the calories anyway? At what point is it no longer lean gains?

I feel passion when I recognize that many elements came together to produce something great - a sports moment; epic music, stories, cinema, etc. If I had to pin down a useful skill for myself, I would say it is in recognizing the interconnectedness of the elements that make up something. I don't know if you know Cliffton Strengthsfinder terms, but three of mine resolved as maximizing, context, and strategy. The more broad the project I am handed to use these skills, probably the more happy I am …

Activist and author Vonny Moyes said on Facebook: "Roosh V is a misogynist. He hates women and has made a lucrative career out of it. "This Saturday he's planning to bring his anti-women agenda to Glasgow and Edinburgh. We cannot allow this to happen. "It's a threat not only to women but to men who may find answers to their own problems in his venomous dogma. Hilarious how they gloss over the fact that what he preaches actually works.

You don't ever want to go to anyone ugly. Skip over the ghetto/trailer trash. Yeah, sometimes it takes time to find someone worth going to, but once you do there's virtually no chance of expecting sex and not getting it.

Yes it has a negative effect. If your genes aren't getting passed (or tricked into getting passed,) then you are biologically worthless. Sex weans off depression, and depression is nature's way of either weakening the worthless so, presumably, they will die off in nature, or they overcome it and become powerful enough to procreate. Sure, it can become an empty act without greater meaning, but it's not initially.

Man, I assume if you are 26 that you are making money. I think you're right that this problem can affect your focus, and cause depression; a major distraction to any long-term investment in yourself. I think a proper analogy would be like an obese man who can't exercise and who's hormones are piling up to be dealt with; except you can fix this. Why not spend some of your money towards prostitution? Prioritize yourself by treating this like its important. Be strategic with your money and go multi…

I started one of these a while back on asktrp, though we communicate individually. Right from the beginning I became motivated to finally do my research into weight lifting programs and spent a week straight putting together my own understanding of nutrition. Yes, dude. Very similar. I used to go whole days without talking to anyone and I was not that depressed at the time. It's like I didn't have awareness of my basic human need due to early abandonment issues. I rejected my diagnosis as something to cope with for life and have been working on mindfulness and improvement since finding this place. I believe I'll be able to get close to people again once I can accept myself through the sufficient amount of work that I'm making up for now.

When mental health deteriorates, diagnosis' make good models to problem solve your way out of effectively. It's all about making your own strategy. Some people are too weak to figure it out for themselves and are handed a paradigm of victim mentality by other lazy and clueless people.

There's a trend of people here sharing a six month improvement story. It was about that mark I started noticing my first mindset shift too. The first wave of habits become sealed and there's usually a success that wouldn't have happened before. I've learned that the progress is not exactly linear; it comes in plateus after long periods of work, at least in my experience. If you're not realistic you may undershoot your expectations. Kudos on your new paradigm shift.

I got a fuck from an 8 for only $60 this week, and it wasn't ghetto like the OP suggests. It was in a metropolitan area of a median-sized city. She was on Back Page, was a nice mixed color, thin and had a nice ass. She was charging $100 for a half hour and $60 for 15, so I went with the bargain.

Malcolm Gladwell had a book about success called Outliers about how this phenomenon of the "natural" happens. Early success or opportunities compound. He gave an example of children born just after the cut off date in little league sports grow and develop faster than kids born near the end of the cut off date; they make the all-star teams, get more experience, and it compounds over time. There is some insane percentage of Canadian hockey players born between Jan-Apr.

I just get to a point regardless of the situation I just believe this to be untrue. There are infinite social situations that can keep you energized, you (and me both) are just not capable of finding or creating them. I think social acceptance and (gratifying) sexual experiences are extremely rewarding, and you have probably learned to expect something else from socialization due to an absence of those rewards. I like this. I experienced existential angst very early and then intensely when I started doing drugs at 13. It led to depression and declining SMV over the last 10 years. Patrice went to prison early in life and got a dose of harsh reality. While he became stronger for it, his friend collapsed from it. I feel like the friend - I was too dumb and weak to figure things out and get what I wanted. I needed the red pill.

There's nothing wrong with being nice to a fat chick as long as its coming out of something you have to give and not something you need. It seems like you are viewing it under the light of social proof, hence it seems like you are in need of something. I think ideals are good when they are correct and grounded in reality. One of them said I was being sexist and that his mom taught him how to multitask and he's as good as any woman at it. Female solipsism at it's worse. It seems like an evolved group or relationship dynamic that the more low-skill necessary tasks (a) woman/women can do for a man the greater focus that man can put into training his specialized skill; perhaps the reason for the old saying, "behind every man is a great woman."
