I've never known anyone that had been genuinely raped. Most women won't talk about it because it's shameful. They aren't just going to tell you. It's an interesting conversation, in its own twisted way, to talk about the time you were jumped at a bar. It's not an interesting conversation, believe me, when you explain your rape. In other words, you probably know rape victims who aren't volunteering it. You also probably don't know a lot of poor black women, but maybe I'm wrong. As I've said, I ha…

Here's one that states lesbians don't come forward due to just being liars or something and not because they have legitimate fears of being outed in their communities.

But yes, a recording app and the onus for both people to have one? I'm fine with it. But both people. Not just the girl. Both people should buy the condoms, both people should be sober, and both people should have the app. It shouldn't be the girl's job to do yet another proactive thing. A few lines up. Is it ruled out because I want both parties? Really ? You want me to throw my children to the rapists to see how they do ? Bullshit. No. Just put them in a high-stress environment or even one in …

You want the Police Dept to take on the Football team ? Play them a tape recording of the football team gang raping a chick. The cries, the screams, the tears, the "Oh god, please No's". They're humans too. After hearing that they'll be volunteering for unpaid overtime to go get those fuckers. In Steubenville, said recording was played. The woman in question wasn't screaming no because she was so drunk she was unconscious. Boys pissed on her. The result? In that wiki link. There's another case y…

Your whole post sets out to describe why the real reason there aren't women in STEM isn't sexism. It's natural differences. Well, how can you state natural differences when the sexism is so beautifully and absolutely ingrained?

The pessary is a device that is placed into the vagina to support the uterus or bladder and rectum. It is a firm ring that presses against the wall of the vagina and urethra to help decrease urine leakage. Well, that's...one way to have a username, right /u/fuschia19

Oh I'll make the mistake of answering honestly: Domestic partner violence in gay and lesbian relationships is wildly underreported and no one takes it seriously, as our friendly red pill posters have proven. Ha ha, it's funny when a gay man gets threatened with a knife by his abusive boyfriend. Ha ha, it's funny when around 30% of women have been abused in their same-sex relationship. Ha ha, right? I would advise every girl to have a smartphone. I would advise every girl to put it on the bedside table with a dictaphone app running. They can run for several hours. She can turn it on when she leaves the club. You run afoul of multiple state laws stating both parties must be aware of a recording for it to be valid. In other words, if a woman records a guy in IL or MA, among other states, and he rapes her, the recording will be inadmissible. In NY at least, it is illegal to tape a sexual encou…

Okay. So what about the quotes I posted that explicitly talk about a woman who explictly says no and may even bat your hand away. I also think you overstate the number of successful rape prosecutions, let alone successful rape convictions. He's a rapist too. He went past a clear NO!. Every mans hand is turned against him. He's a fucking rapist (as was the guy above). But the hands aren't turned against him. In fact, you'll hear men saying the woman is just playing hard to get so she doesn't get viewed as a slut by herself or others. You may be the exception, since what I'm seeing is guys going right for amuse/amplify/whatever. Whereas they see it as "Ha ha! I have taught that woman never to argue with a man!" I see it as, "We were having a rational conversation, no one was throwing insults, and he probably ran out of good ideas." It's just trolling with a TRP stamp of approval. Congrats on shutting down conversation? You can do the same thing with goatse.

"Say one word and I'll blow your fucking head off." - So s/he doesn't. Thus, it isn't rape. "Tell me no and I'll go into the other room and rape your sisters." - So s/he doesn't. Thus, it isn't rape. And what about alllll the boys who say flat out that a girl tells him no but he keeps going thinking she's just playing hard to get. She lets him keep going. Is that rape too?

Oh even a blue pill values a good career, though maybe not as much a red pill. Money gives you freedom from worry, which is one of the biggest luxuries there is. If a car breaks down, you can fix. If someone loses a job, you can make it through. If someone is sick, you can go to a good doctor. Money gives you freedom to enjoy things. It's a perception driven by internal and external views. An alpha male who takes care of his wife during a time of crisis and helps her with the children can be seen as a beta male by an outsider who believes alpha males do nothing but bone and buy cool stuff.

I feel like this analogy doesn't work because throwing is fundamental in football. On city boulevards and rural lanes, whites are far more likely than minorities to receive written warnings instead of tickets when stopped for identical traffic offenses, according to a Boston Globe study of newly released state records. And women, especially young women, get breaks that aren't afforded to men. Differences in tickets; men also hurt more Black people are…

For those who say they don't know any women who have been raped: Rape is shameful to talk about. Many women feel guilty for rapes that were by definition not their fault. Do you think a woman is going to tell you about her assault if she's ashamed or suspects you will think she's a slut or bad person? Hell no. The question is not the validity, since we have enough anecdotes that a theory could probably get some testing. The question is whether it's ethical to manipulate people for a particular goal using techniques many people find disagreeable. After all, behavioral theory says the best way to teach good behavior is to punish overwhelmingly at the first infraction. That's why places where ISIS is in charge have low rates of many crimes, as stealing loses you a hand. Is that ethical?

Women and children first is a myth. It's more likely for men to push other people out of the way on their way to surviving. Might makes right etc. Elinder pointed to the work of Cambridge University historian Lucy Delap, who has argued that the British ruling elite during the Edwardian era spread the notion that men put women’s interests first. Their goal, according to Delap, was to shatter the case for female suffrage. Elinder also noted that the constant retelling of Titanic’s demise in the ye…

Men are also more likely to be less intelligent than average. There's the theory that men's intelligence tends to be bimodal. Then why not make an organized study out of it and do some controlling with stats?

Sure! Because the alternative is sampling and confirmation bias on an internet forum. My little experiment has demonstrated so far no one is willing to do any work other than open their mouths and spew a single case. But I am n=1

Yet most of TPR involves encouraging men, married men included, to raise their SMVs and ditch their wives and families. That doesn't work with your narrative.

Because equal isn't the same as the man being totally screwed over. The prevailing narrative is males lose as women get all the cash. Also, I wanted to put in something that was more ambiguous because I believe in having a lot of sources.

The problem will be finding actual evidence that backs up what you are saying. We can both go to pubmed right now and dredge up 50 or so sociology, psychology, and evolutionary psychology papers that will support either side. Then will we turn to p values? Ns? Relative scholarship of the author? Else we just have personal experiences and the words of various talking heads who have written a book in one direction or another. So if you can think of a topic, I can do the literature dump, but you wo…

Women want to be raped by a high value man The general feeling is that rape happens when a girl gets fucked by a beta and doesn't really want to. Rape doesn't happen when she gets fucked by an alpha and she isn't really into it. Sex-negativity means being anti-sex, anti-promiscuity, and so on. Not anti-non-consent. It sucks that not raping is a Western value. MGTOW is probably the best outlook for Indian men given the gender imbalance.

I didn't hear about the guys getting swatted by the GG girls. Link or two, since my Google isn't turning up anything? Feminists have been saying for years the language is degrading and does nothing but hurt perceptions of women by society. Is your complaint they don't give equal air time to every concern against women? The problem with the Occupy movement was its inability to compartmentalize. Getting two strong messages across is going to be more effective than picking on all injustices. Howeve…

all that proves is that india has a regresive caste system which allows for high caste to do any thing they want to the lower castes. That aligns pretty well with TPR, as most men believe a woman would willingly be raped by a high-status man. The women in India don't seem to view it that way, especially after they're killed for being raped. So TPR is generally good for low-caste men who don't have the advantage of being given a social pass to rape. That's kind of depressing.

The argument is any woman who has a male friend only does so because she knows the man wants to fuck her. She keeps him there because it's validating and not because she likes the guy for some other reason. If the guy desires her but she makes it clear she's not interested, and he becomes her friend anyway, how is it her fault?

there are of course of case in which rape occurred which are truly horrific but those cases have to do with traditionalist communities and indias caste system You really believe the norm is women using premarital sex laws to rape men and not women being assaulted and raped by men? Silly question: what percentage of women in India are willingly married to their spouses? I don't mean high caste. I mean lower caste, especially poor, etc. Also, Times of India says 93 women in India are raped per day…

I don't know what your first two sentences mean because I think you accidentally some words. Nope, I have no desire to sleep with any of my friends, male or female. I keep them around because I like them. I think you mistake this behavior for keeping one around as a backup dick. That's a problem of your perception, not mine, since I cant think of one guy off the top of my head who was removed from the friend zone by a desperate girl.

It's almost like we all grow up and realize the real way to get a person is to be a person who doesn't suck and who isn't so passive that it's unattractive. Males are being wrongly educated to be passive because at the moment, the most active guys seem to be the ones who chase a girl down, get her drunk, and then say it is consensual. Where's the middle ground? TPR makes no sense in a male-active culture, which is why I am so confused by Indian TPRrs. They're in a country where you can literally…

How many rappers SWAT the homes of those hoes and sluts? Don't you red pillers say actions, not words? Who is more dangerous: the guy whose song you're listening to or the guy who is posting your address online and encouraging people to kill you? I guess it's easier as a gay lady. We know our dating pool is smaller and we learn pretty early that pining after a straight girl is stupid and worthless. Spending your time with a girl in the hopes she'll recognize you're a great catch and stop banging guys is something every lesbian does until she grows the fuck up. If I want female friends, I will have them and probably won't be attracted to most of them regardless. If I am and they're not interested, I hang out and enjoy their friendship and…

No, he doesn't. It's pretty obvious he believes all men have no ability to recognize inappropriate or unwanted sexual attraction, so it is best for them to remove themselves from any situation in which that urge might be conjured.

If a woman has female friends and/or family, why would she orbit a beta? A desperate single female? Sure. A married or otherwise happy female? What's the point?

the majority of rapes don't fit within that neat little package. Therein lies the problem with TPR. There is a certain mindset that prior consent means future consent. We wouldn't do it with borrowing a bicycle, but it's okay to do it with sex. They also don't ever want to consider an ambiguous action on their parts something that could be crossing over the line. I wager many TPR people want to be an asshole, but not so much of an asshole that he ends up arrested or running into some moral code.

The whole point of many parts of TPR are to elicit someone else's hamster so you have the upper hand while that person is distracted and anxious. Very effective, manipulative, and cruel. But when the goal is to subjugate someone into your model of existing, it doesn't matter the relative morality as long as you get what you want. Being aware that you're being hamstered doesn't keep it from happening. When it happens to me, I will often need to take some time away. However, it's more likely to ma…

The initial collection and questioning is just the beginning. It's the constant insinuation that unless the woman is virginal and in a burka, she deserved the rape. Given that TPR has said a woman is responsible for taking a martial arts class and fighting off her rapist, I would believe they would say a woman who didn't break an arm in the process of trying to escape wasn't really raped.

Vet your partner. Vet your car. Don't go bungee jumping or extreme skiing. Sure, I agree. However, are we going to slippery slope this down to not doing any sports because of the risk of injury? Hell, there was a woman who was walking through central park when a branch suddenly came loose and killed her. Should we be carefully examining the underside of every tree before walking underneath it? People are unpredictable, especially under stress. The person your wife becomes after losing a parent t…

We are both trying to fit a narrative based on subjective experience and personal preference. TPR advises a high SMV and being an alpha as the best way to bound a woman into alpha womanhood. I'm saying having been the poundee, the person with the best technique can outweigh the person with the best SMV.

Reductivist arguments do you no good. We all know the person who dated and married someone who, x years down the line, make a drastic change in lifestyle or personality. It's like saying the best way to avoid serious injury is to not get sick. Somehow, genetics, being hit by a car, and random contraction of TB in a subway don't obey that law. Is this what you have to offer this discusison?

That does leave the children of the abandoned spouse somewhat, to be crude, fucked, especially if the abandoned spouse is not readily employable and/or unable to support the children on her/his own. It brings up a more general point of what the government's role is when a parent or person is unable to do the "right thing" by another person. I don't just mean alimony in this case; I do mean up to and including regulations on business practices. How do you prove alienation of affection, since I no…

Absolutely: communication, self-restraint, and confirmation that if social norms were to collapse, men would happily go back to raping women. I also learned why I dislike a man who used to be a good friend. He TRPs his wife and being around them is uncomfortable. He treats her poorly, the hamster spins, she's addicted, and I just wonder what happened to the guy I really used to enjoy talking to. It was never sexual between us and neither of us wanted to be. Now we hang out only due to proximity …

1) The comment was a joke, as in, the gun show isn't sufficient to provide a full sexual experience. The guy has to know how to use the damn muscles. A slightly less ripped man who has a good personality and good prowess will provide more than the ripped guy who shoves it in and grunts. 2) Source: am female. Have sex. I should add: 3) Am gay female, married with GF too. Had sex with men. Had sex with women. Attractiveness only goes so far. The experience is what counts.

Well, let's start with simple questions: What is fault? In the case of a parent being non-custodial, should said parent pay some expenses for the care of the children? Edit, and to be clear, I mean paying directly for things like clothing, shoes, school supplies? What about heat or hot water?

Because you, as TRPman, believe women are hypergamous branch swingers who deserve nothing at all in a divorce. Else, you would be pro-alimony for a woman (or spouse...I'm not picky) who had limited earning potential post-divorce.
