I remember a while back, the phrase “men will fuck anything” was trending, and there are quite a tew women online that still love sharing the same views. But for some reason, in the minds of these women, this universally observable phenomenon of men lowering their standards for casual sex only applies when men are having sex with other women, not them. I don’t think l’ve actually seen a single one of these women who say these things acknowledge that if they’ve had casual sex that they likely wer…

I don’t know nor do I care. This was not the point of my post.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/24 01:53 PM

Stupidity = accepting a harsh truth
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/24 01:41 PM

Literally your comment says so. Women want fun and security. But the man they hookup with provided them with fun the person they can get commitment from can’t provide as much, otherwise they wouldn’t feel a need to hookup in the first place

To be honest in a way I can’t blame them. I mean, we all want to have sex with the best looking people. If my husband wasn’t nearly as attractive as the people I hooked up with, id probably lie to myself about him being my first choice also. It’s not an easy thing to come to terms with, it’s easier to delude yourself than to face the harsh reality. it’s just frustrating when they personally attack you for noticing this dynamic exists. The harsh realities of life aren’t an easy thing to come to t…

The denial here is funny to me. On this whole post. It’s a bit frustrating when they just can’t admit it, but it’s funny.

They don’t want to admit it. They know it deep down, but they don’t want to admit it.

Yes and average woman are definitely looking for average men when they are hooking up.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 09:29 PM

The fact one man hit it just by existing and another man has to work for it is indicative of who is first choice. The first choice is usually whoever had to put the least effort to have sex with the woman

Yeah most people are average but when it comes to casual sex, the top portion of men are getting most of the girls

It is. I don’t know what planet you’re living on

Not just marriage but in general commitment. Why is the word situationship overwhelmingly used by women? I think you’re just choosing not to accept an inconvenient truth.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 04:06 PM
1

Why is it whenever someone complains about not getting commitment, it’s most of the time the woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 04:02 PM

Not possible given women have a lower libido than men and are more selective with their partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 04:00 PM

Let me know when men can regularly get attention from women out of their league
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 03:54 PM

Sometimes is is better to see alternate perspectives. But in this case people seem to be in denial this happens in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 03:09 PM
2

Do you think average looking women are hooking up with average men?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 02:51 PM
3

Because if she was willing to have sex with a man purely based on his physical appearance and not much else clearly he was more attractive? Doesn’t take a genius to figure it out
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:50 PM

I don’t plan on getting married. I’m in my early 20s and just enjoying myself. Keeping things casual. When I become old and ugly and still want to sleep with younger women, I’ll just get escorts or a sugar baby lol. But marriage isn’t for me
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:41 PM

Because I’m answering your question with a question.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:08 PM

Exactly, a lot of married couple will say shit like “everything was fine, besides the dead bedroom”, clearly everything wasn’t fine. Lol
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:06 PM

Ok let me ask you this. Do you think men are willing to “date down” when it comes to casual sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:01 PM

I don’t think that’s true. And if it does, it’s the exception

People here can’t decide. This dynamic ISNT real! ok it is real, but only a teeny weeny small minority of people are doing it. It’s real, and I brought it up.

You’re telling me average women are hooking up with average men?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:52 PM

Average looking women will not commit to below average man most of the time. you’re right, what women who engage in casual sex will do is spend her youth chasing men out of her league and eventually “settle” on someone who is in her league. Nice personal attacks, you know nothing about me, or how much money I earn.

Where is le based and epic sourcerino for concluding that people want an ideal partner

True. We should become more aware

I was not here to gauge how many women engage in casual sex, I don’t know nor do I care. I was simply saying how the dual mating strategy that men engage in is different to the one women engage in. Just because you assumed I was talking about all women is your problem. I never said it was all women, but if the shoe fits, wear it.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 03:49 AM

Again with the assumptions. When did I say all women do this? I don’t know what it is with you people assuming.

If a woman has casual sex and settles down later in life, chances are the person she ends up marrying isn’t as attractive to her
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 02:54 AM
3

Because that would be transactional and prostitution. You don’t understand that humans want to be desired? Are you normal?

Generally the most important thing =/= only things that matters. Reading comprehension in this place is lacking

Did I say looks are all that matters?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 02:28 AM

They ideally want both from the same man but are unable to, so they settle for the stable guy
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 02:21 AM
2

If you’ve engaged in casual sex he likely isn’t your first choice
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 02:19 AM

Looks generally are the most important thing. And if they weren’t, the same woman who expects her man to abide by all these standards wouldn’t have hooked up with a man who did nothing for her, simply because of his looks
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 02:11 AM

Are you in a long term relationship or currently want one?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:52 AM

With these dynamics, Men go with similar attractiveness because they can’t regularly get attention from women out of their league. Women go for similar attractiveness because they can get attention from men out of their league, they just can’t keep them
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:52 AM

Women want everything in one guy, I mean everyone wants everything in one person. Point is the guy who is the most attractive won’t commit to an average woman, why would he? Marriage itself isn’t a punishment, but being in a marriage with someone who views you as a betabuxxer is. You’re being dishonest. There is a difference between fantasising over celebrities and people you’ve had prior relations with. Of course most people don’t think they can be with a celebrity. I love how you make assumpti…

👍🏻
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:42 AM

Alright. I acknowledge that men and women are capable of dual mating strategies. Just that, in the dynamic that’s created by a female dual mating strategy, the man gets a much worse deal
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:16 AM
4

Yeah that’s my point. She’ll uphold all of these standards the husband has to commit to meanwhile she let another dude hit simply for being attractive. How is that not second choice?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 01:08 AM
0

I spoke about very real dynamics that occur, you write it off as fan fiction then start talking about something completely different
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:59 AM
3

Why are you assuming that just because someone is good looking that they’re automatically a bad person? Plenty of good looking men who are decent people who sleep around and don’t want to commit to women below their league, why would they?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:57 AM
5

Plenty of women will simp over guys they are in a situationship with, you’re acting like it doesn’t happen. I’m also calling bullshit on the last paragraph, if she could retain the “hot men” she would be with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:56 AM
2

Man look at my post I acknowledged there is a male dual mating strategy also. I think most people want someone ideal, it’s not a unique thing to be honest.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:14 AM
5

Then this dynamic doesn’t apply to you. And to be honest I wasn’t talking about you in particular, I was speaking in terms of hypotheticals
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:03 AM
1

That’s true. But there is a big difference, men most of the time can’t have sex with someone out of their league, women can. So if a woman indulged in that behaviour and wants commitment also, it’s unlike the “chad” or however people want to call them, will commit. So their LTRs will be second choice. Hence dual mating strategy
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:03 AM
7

You’re telling me the average person doesn’t want to be in a relationship with a hot person?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:01 AM
2

I agree, looks are very important. What I am saying is that women can regularly hook up with men out of their league. Everyone wants to have sex with the best looking person, It’s an understandable choice to make. The issue is these same woman can’t get those guys to commit due to them being out of their league, but if they desire a relationship they must settle in looks, so in this dynamic their husband is their second choice
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/24 12:01 AM
0

If you hooked up, chances are you did so with a man out of your league. You chose your LTR because the men you perused didn’t commit
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 11:37 PM
1

Oh yeah fair enough man, lol
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 11:27 PM
2

I think most 5/10 women would rather be in a relationship with a 8/10 man than a 5/10 man (same with men but the opposite), people want the most attractive person they can get. The difference is there’s a difference between what a woman can get causally and long term
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 11:20 PM
1

I’m not saying what you’re saying isn’t true. I think it is. To be honest I think both genders like to bullshit themselves about how looks don’t matter as much as they do, but most men are unable to really have sex with women outside of their SMV, so this happens less often than the opposite
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 11:13 PM
1

And who are they hooking up with? Definitely not average looking men
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 11:05 PM
1

She desired those men the most, and if she could have retained them she would. She is only with the second choice male in this scenario out of desperation, not out of choice
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 10:59 PM
2

If a woman has engaged in casual sex, it’s unlikely that her husband will be her first choice, unless she also happens to be in the top % of women. But a 5/10 will definitely not hook up with another average looking man. So by default if a regular woman engages in that behaviour, unless she is very lucky, is unable to gain commitment from the people she was hooking up with, and is only able to get it from men she wouldn’t hook up with
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 10:57 PM
3

I agree that not all women abide by this dynamic but I’m not sure where I said all of them do
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 10:55 PM
0

You are saying that it is wrong to “commodify it”, could you say the same thing about a man’s commitment? If a woman fails to get commitment from a man and brings it up, would you accuse her of the same thing? Are you denying that women who engage in casual sex will not chase the top portion of men? And if you acknowledge this happens, how is it possible for her husband to he her first choice, or anywhere near it, if there are only so many men who fit this criteria?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 10:54 PM
0

Because I can? I don’t see why I can’t compare a woman’s dual mating strategy to a man’s when I’ve seen it repeatedly used to shut down people bringing it up. I simply brought up two dynamics that occur. If people want to assume that I meant it happens most of the time that’s on them
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 10:50 PM
1

Are you denying that women who engage in casual sex tend to chase the top portion of men?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 10:49 PM

There are, I never said they don’t. But in this dynamic in particular that I brought up they wouldn’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/08/24 10:45 PM

I’m not saying that what you’re saying is wrong. But I’m not sure why people are assuming that I said this applies to the majority of people. I simply compared two dating strategies that men and women used.
