Expose yourself to more 10s. Try these places: Yoga, Dancing Clubs (not club clubs where they play Cardi B and other dumb shit, go to a place that plays music for partner dancing like cumbia bachata and salsa), The Gym, The Beach, Volleyball Clubs Idk think about the girl that you want to be with and reverse engineer where a girl like that would be or what type of guy she would want to be with.

No pain no gain. Rejection gets easier when you get rejected more often. Rejections are actually a good thing. Guys play a numbers game. If you have more rejections, you’re closer to a win than you think

If they’re impossible to achieve, make a smaller goal and work up to bigger ones. You kind of don’t have another choice. You’re only other choice is to stay the same and continue being miserable. Social skills can be learned and old wounds can be healed. There are many men that have turned their life around, just continue being strong. Little by little it’ll get better. Think of small improvements as compound interested. If your investment starts at $50 but your compound interest is .05%, in a y…

Have a purpose. When I was chasing girls, i took rejection very personal. But the reality is, is that they have their own things going on and they’re flooded with a bunch of other guys like you or better trying to get in their pants. I realized that chasing girls is kind of pointless. I then found joy and purpose in my work and had goals that didn’t involve girls. I started obsessing about excelling and making more money and eventually, my confidence improved significantly. Because girls could s…

If you’re not Christian or somewhat religious, you will get exhausted from pretending. I tried something similar but with the intention of making friends, but I eventually realized they wouldn’t like me for who I really was so I stopped going.

The chances a guy will approach you at Target, the gym, or a book store are slim. Young men these days are scared for their life a girl will cause a scene and make him look like a creep. There’s a lot of videos online of girls overreacting and making guys look like they are perverts when in reality they just wanted to politely talk to them. This is to give you context of a guys POV of dating and why very little decent men will actually come to you and approach you. Heck, there’s hundreds of vide…

The whole self improvement thing is to improve your own confidence so that you can attract more girls. If trash guys already have the confidence/charisma to attract girls without improving themselves, then they’re just lucky. Same way some guys are just naturally good at basketball. Don’t be bitter or compare yourself to others. You have your own problems to deal with. Just focus on improving a little more each day and being better than the day before. Good luck

I’m not sure if the strategies Ryan Gosling did work I just want to express how dumb the movie portrays love. I truly think movies like that are poison to young minds. Basically the message is “let your wife whore around and let her come back because you have no dignity” or “tell your son it’s okay to not have any dignity when pursuing a woman” Am I the only one who hates that movie or am I just being extra?

I completely understand that. I should have made it clear, I’m not getting very close to them. I try to stay at a reasonable distance and always wear a mask.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
