Completely agree; social intelligence is the single most important skill a person can have. Coincidentally, it's a skill that's acquired through many liberal arts programs. This is interesting advice, but to me, lifting is meditation. Lifting weights forces you to be present, mindful and connected to your body. I've heard good things about PHAT but haven't tried it personally. It's pretty popular among certain subreddits so definitely research within reddit. As far as I'm aware, there's no reason to "bulk" if you're ~25% BF. With your height/weight and lift numbers, you should still be able to progress on all of your lifts without upping your calories. You've got the foundation of balanced routine in place; what else you add in will depend on your fitness goals. It sounds like your goals are equal parts aesthetics and fitness.
