| 1 | How do judges view false restraining orders?Im glad God walked this path with you, I am currently going thru the same thing. my 2yr old, I have been there since the day he was born. In August my x spouse did a restraining order to get me out of the house and end the relationship. I never came back after that and she dropped in on her own. Now she did another restraining order in Nov 30, 2024. This is the longest I have not seen my son since he was born (4 weeks) and court is in another week.
