Are you young? Or not from a major city? I spent college and later in NYC. Talking to girls/women in public if you're not a creep and can gauge who would find you attractive is the best way to meet people. You can tell how a person speaks, occupies space, walks, smiles, everything. And it's how it was done for so long, aside from friends/school/work. It's organic, it's cute, but most guys just go for girls way out of their league. At NYU, guys were crushing on cute girls who have an entire city …
