It depends what kind of person she is. Not everyone holds social media to a high regard. I didn't used to watch this girl I used to dates stories. Cos my thinking was that if there was something important then she'll share it w me. Innit? It could be a game but it could also be that she just doesn't check people's stories. Some people even have the idea that not following their partner on social media is necessary, for various reasons. You say "I'm sure during all that time... Other people's sto…

loll I have the same mindset (ignore me online, I ignore u irl). I'd dm a girl online, when they show disinterest over the phone I take a step back. but then I see them irl, and they're looking at me, breaching my space and initiating convo w me. I'd like to know what the thought process is on this one too icl.

I'm just busy writing exams for the next 2 weeks, but I'll be free to meet after that. that's my timetable. so there's no real middle ground for these things? maybe I keep it light and send songs over WhatsApp every now and then? just to remind her of me

If she's calling you pet names and is touchy, those are very strong signs she's attracted to you I haven't met up w her yet, but we're both comfortable calling eavhother pet names(even if it might be ironic name calling) and shes fine w me being flirty w her side note : I'm pretty busy to be setting up a date atm. Should I keep texting her (on and off) until I'm free or shpuld I msg her out the blue 2 weeks from now to set up a time for us to meet? A part of me feels that going cold turkey will …

okay makes sense thanks for the reply. Additionally, if I'm to busy to set up a date. Do I keep texting her(every now and then) or do I wait until I'm free to msg abt setting a time for us to meet? atm I feel if I only text her 2 weeks from now (when I'm free) she'll most likely lose interest/motivation to meet up bcs I would have interrupted the momentum so far.

Same thing happened with me. Girls are very emotional, so they want guy to be rock solid, even if they say otherwise. you're right I think it's important that u don't change who u are bcs of what she wants in the moment. Evaluate who u are and who u want to be and see if there is alignment, I would say. side note: I'm pretty busy and can't meet up w a girl, she seems interested. Should I text her every now and then or just leave the texting for when I'm free (in abt 2 weeks). ig I'm wondering if…

so i just talk about something personal that we both can relate to? I'm skeptical to open up or be vulnerable bcs I've been punished b4 in the past for doing so. do u think it would be wise to be vulnerable but In a way where u aknowledge how you've grown from tthe till now?

I agree w u sm! my last relationship ended when I became vulnerable and when I revealed how loyal I rrly am to her. one thing I think I've learnt abt girls since my break up, is that women want to have fun and if u can be the source of that for them, then you are chilling big time Find your male tribe before dating as life is easier with bros yeh i dont have much friends. none that I see weekly atleast. that's one of my goals this holiday, to meet some male friends and expand my social circle. V…

If you flirt with her and get her wet during the date, then show her a great time in the bedroom, the emotional stuff will follow. what abt emotional connection b4 getting intimate? does that lead to friendzone if you're not atleast flirtatious over the phone? If you go straight to telling her you like her, that’s means very little to her and it’ll be awkward. Turn her on first. this is gold fr. Confessing first.. had to learn the hard way. side note: if a girl has become comfortable calling u "…

Obviously you should not be dull about it, but steer your conversation for them to come up naturally. okay I see thanks get into more comprehensive situations. could u perhaps give some good ideas for a first meet up? (preferably budget friendly I'm a student)

I recommend you check out some books by Brené Brown. She delves into this topic of emotional vulnerability and how it's appropriate to go about it. The Psychology in Seattle YouTube channel also goes a lot into these themes Thank u for the recs :) Vulnerability brings people together but it has to be done gradually. You don't want to overwhelm someone by trauma dumping all your shit at once. Sprinkle in some emotional vulnerability here and there. Don't go overboard. But also don't hide it compl…

but getting sexual w a girl requires u to have some emotional connection w her first, no? or maybe just get lucky l ig. but yes so tru I've had a girl so disinterested in me but afterwards she was waning for attention

What you like, what you laugh about, what you miss, what you dream of, what you value. I feel like it may come off as cringey for me to ask or even tryhard? am i wrong? cos it's one reason why I don't go into those emotional charging topics. You can also create it from scratch, by going together through some emotion-inducing situations. this is why people suggest you go on a physical date for a first date w a girl (to get her heart racing) right? do u think going for a cold plunge in the ocean w…

I think i struggle talking abt serious/emotional things bcs of how it may come off as cringey? and I'm not fully sure what is the norm when delving into more emotionally charged subjects. like I don't know what is acceptable to ask/bring up. My struggle w girls would be keeping them interested and initiating contact with me. They obvs don't seem super motivated to get into contact w me

for me I was talking to one girl that I know pretty well. We have solid eye contact. But the other night we went out alone to the movies, and she just couldn't maintain eye contact as well as before. She'd be talking, I'd look at her. She would look away (probably overwhelmed by the eye contact), I would look away to cos it's weird to just stare. As I'd look away I could see in my periphery she turned her head towards mine and I'd look back at her eventually and meet her eyes. Then she looked aw…
