racial demographics have nothing to do with biology when you think about how men are commonly bigger and physically stronger than the average woman, you're completely missing the point here.

you have no idea if that person has been assaulted in the past and carries trauma from it, every reason they have regardless is completely valid. Especially considering the Roe v wade situation considering abortion might become illegal, you think it's okay for a woman to carry her rapists child against her will? obviously not right? especially if that pregnancy can lead to death.

it's because a man could easily overpower a woman. Stop being so dramatic, most sexual assault cases are caused by men and most affected are woman. Not too mention it is very hard to prove sexual assault in court. grow up.
