2	For those who have gone from self employed to employed, can you share you insights? Base salary would increase +3x though Go check Wall Street Playboys blog. People here tend to be bad with money advice. Also, why are you studying a MBA? Take the director job, have a side project. Quit the director job once side Hustle becomes 2x job compensation. Being comfortable with 250-300k is fucking dumb for the truly ambitious. Aim higher. Also, what skills do you possess?
