RP for 3 months. Reading Starting Strength these days. Gym 5 or 6 times a week. See my abs, my veins, all muscle. I am very impressed with my physical self. 6' and 185lbs - 40 yrs old. Having issues approaching girls but managed to approach a couple in the last month. Got to do better! I am starting to meet random folks using the Meet'up app. Volleyball and beers tonight, comedy club tomorrow. Might buy a car this week-end, as well as a living room and bedroom (left my wife 3 months ago) - that'…

Travelling for work accross new regions all week. I was looking forward to attempt to PU in my travels. But alas, I was sick like a dog at the same time. Also got a cold sore. Zero Lift... Pissed about that more than anything. At least I had Mystery Methods to read after work if I wasn't knocked out on meds; havn't read it before. . Still managed to have 2 beers Thursday with my out-of-town hosts. I faced new clients all week and I certainly do not have the Frame to attempt a PU with a fever and…

3 x gym this week, ate like a pig last week-end but corrected the course with prejudice during the week. Lost all the stupid weight I gained eating ice cream and pizza and whatnot. I am pleased with my overall looks. Excited to go in the Caribbean’s in 2 weeks and show my upgraded body to the bikini crowds. Can't say it enough - lift!

Do you value knowing, more than being loved/loving? Make your choice and act on it. There is no wrong choice but emotions are a bitch - they will try to grab you and guilt does hurt. Personaly I would not try to find out. If I did want to find out I would test and, if the results are not my DNA, depending on the time investment already committed (as OP's story tells), I would make a decision based on that. 2 years = fuck it. 16 years = ok I guess I am a father-figure.

Running is great for mental grit, and it's meditation on the go, though. if you workout the core muscles you get to have abs and be slim and have great endurance. Look at Brad Pitt in Fight Club - that the kind of body I had after 8 years of long distance running. I wouldn't say it is totally counter productive, although I understand your point. Probably best to mix it up with the Gym.

Yeah I am in that oh-so-cold area... Moving this week-end is going to be fun! Thanks for the feedback. There are some websites for social events in my region too. I need to grab my balls and go meet people...

I am 40, just got divorced. I like where you are in your life. Did you meet her in China with that specific goal in mind? To find an acceptable mate that would fulfil your needs and be manageable as you grow older? I am going to enjoy the next 10 years of my money and health going towards me (and me only), but I was thinking I could get a younger girl from another country later in life. EDIT: Never mind - reading your comment history. Cheers mate.

I am 40. Gym 5 times this week. Lost 2 pounds! body fat = ~13% Reading Models (wow) and Sex God (Am I ever horny...) and the 48 Laws of power (sigh... this one is not my style - I ain't Machiavelli... but it is useful). Divorced my wife 40 days ago. Moving in my new appartment this week-end. I need friends. This is not my home city. I have a great job and been here with the wife more than 7 years. Never made friends here - just did my own shit and worked. I need to find a way to get social. My f…
