If a pub in Scotland has to change staff uniforms to avoid sexual assault from females which is considered socially acceptable, why should it not be considered socially acceptable for a man to lift up a womans skirt to see if she is wearing panties or not? If the clothing says 'lift me', why may a female raise the kilt of a man to see if he is wearing pants yet a male may not lift her skirt to see if she is wearing knickers? Because clothing is not an invitation, regardless of whether it's a kilt or dress. It's as simple as that. Does wearing a bikini mean a women is 'asking' for sex, simply because they're almost naked?
