1	Models- Thoughts on Vulnerability in the workplace, good or bad? It's actually worked pretty well for me from my perspective (but might be a bit "polarizing" to some in Manson's words haha). My solution has been to view myself as a culture setter. I try to move past the bullshit small talk with others at work and develop deep relationships.
