I bought these reusable silicone pasties online and they have stopped this from happening!! I suffer from Pretty bad neck and shoulder pain when I wear bras so this saved me at my office job. I was not comfortable with people seeing my nipples through my shirt but they’ve completely made the shape and color of the nipple indistinguishable.

I just posted something over on r/FemaleLevelUpStrategy about this, would recommend that sub for more finance oriented talk. It is a sister sub to FDS. Basically, I got started using a robo-investor called Ellevest and I use a budgeting app called YNAB. I enjoy both a lot. In the future I may stop using a robo-advisor but for now I'm happy with the services and enjoy financial stability a lot.
