Just want to reiterate how horrible the block function is for discussion and debate. It's an absolutely terrible implementation of a block feature. It's a tool ripe for abuse. When I was blocked by someone, I didn't realize I couldn't reply to other people who replied to the blocker. This is how lynchings used to happen, it is how 'cancel culture' has happened More and more people need to keep making this connection and calling it out. Opening the door wider and wider to mob justice and no due process makes society so, so, SO much worse. We shouldn't give feminism the benefit of doubt, the only possible way forward is to dismantle this ideology based on conspiracy theories. Not feminism as a whole, but individual feminists who straddle the line. I think some can be convinced to work for men's rights even if they don't leave the broader feminist movement. It's not be an ideal situation, but not trying to reason with moderates means we ignore a group of potential advocates.

I actually don't believe "feminism" exists. I mean obviously it does. But I think it's more complicated than that. I believe that there's a second political axis, basically from pluralist to authoritarian, and Progressive is on the top, authoritarian half, and Liberal is on the bottom, pluralist half. I don't think all of feminism is currently unnecessary in that, without a strong egalitarian movement right now, women's concerns might be forgotten. We still have a long way to go in addressing and working through certain concerns.
