If there's more to life than sex and intimacy, why am I unsatisfied pursuing it?BS in what? I once felt like you (unfulfilled, stagnant) but that goes away when you take on hard, intellectual challenges. Things that make you grit your teeth and make you think "fuck I can't do this". I would honestly recommend math (proof-based math beyond calculus) as math is one of the few truly intellectual disciplines out there. | /r/askTRP | 23/02/21 03:20 PM
If there's more to life than sex and intimacy, why am I unsatisfied pursuing it?IMO, nobody is as smart as they think they are. Everyone thinks they're smart until they get their ass handed to them in an advanced physics/math/algorithms class. Lib arts guys who can read a poem and pontificate about nonsense typically have inflated estimations of their intelligence. | /r/askTRP | 21/02/21 02:40 AM
If there's more to life than sex and intimacy, why am I unsatisfied pursuing it?Even though I’m likely in the top 25% of men at my age in terms of looks, wealth built up, intelligence, work ethic, etc. I feel unfulfilled. Easy. You've stopped challenging yourself. You've become stagnant. Top 25% in intelligence, you say? Enroll in a math, physics, chemistry, CS masters degree program (or PHD if you're past that level) and knock your head against some of the world's most difficult, grand, unsolved problems. | /r/askTRP | 21/02/21 02:38 AM
What are some good chores for plates?I told her she can drink all the alcohol she wants in return. Another one of my plates brings me alcohol every time she comes to visit, thus creating a self sustaining economy. This is some tony stark level IQ | /r/askTRP | 21/02/21 02:22 AM
How do you NOT get blackpilled from tiktok/instagram & other social media as a young dude?Stay off social media. Seriously. It's utter garbage | /r/ExRedPill | 21/02/21 01:54 AM
"My boyfriend is a good guy, but I resent him for not being able to spoil me."if you extend the level of success of being a law firm partner or a specialist doctor upon a software engineer's career, that's principal level at google/facebook, where their comp is in the millions. And that's not counting if they work for a successful startup where the sky is the limit. I have no idea why she's not impressed by cs at berkeley lmao | /r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen | 24/08/20 07:47 AM
"My boyfriend is a good guy, but I resent him for not being able to spoil me."If CS is an "okay" major, what's a really good major? Pre-Med or something? But those guys go into six fig debt for a decade earning peanuts and work horrific hours......wtf?? | /r/WhereAreAllTheGoodMen | 24/08/20 07:16 AM
