How do you take the pressure off yourself, or be likeable without trying so hard?I think it's likely that wanting to ace every interaction is connected with wanting to get something in return (wanting them to be receptive to you, get a number, get a date, etc). So I think the best thing you can do is just have more small interactions with people that you want nothing from. I'm not saying hit on people you aren't attracted to.
