2	Need some Advice. Cold showers when you get the urge, and try not to overeat, and work out consistently. If you wanna go full monk and stumble as little as possible, be mindful of the music you’re listening to as well. Since you’re a Christian, ( I assume Protestant) pray that the blood of Jesus covers you on a daily basis. I’m Catholic, so I’ve been praying the rosary daily and it’s helped me a lot.
