Source: What Doctors Fail to Tell You About Iodine & Your Thyroid by Robert Thompson, M.D. Quick and easy read if you want to learn more.
/r/MensRights16/05/22 12:28 AM

A good tri-iodine supplement can set your thyroid straight and protect you from black hat halogens and other chemicals that can mimic estrogen. If you're unaware, thyroid=hormonal regulation in the body. Most people are severely iodine deficient and that's also something you don't really hear anything about. Tri-iodine contains all three types you need (molecular, sodium, and potassium.) Iodized salt does jack and it only contains (a very small amount) of sodium iodide, get a quality supplement …

The fact that it's even possible to abuse in this way makes marriage fucked up.

A prenup will not help you achieve that at all. They aren't worth the paper they're written on.

That's weird, it comes right up for me. Try typing "Christopher Hitchens on circumcision" into YT and see if it comes up that way.

He just said "never forget how they behaved when they truly believed that God was on their side," in reference to the way, historically, that religion was once used to oppress people, I was just kind of piggybacking on the principle. What you read above was just me expanding on the idea. I'll try to find a link to what he was talking about, though. The guy was brilliant.
/r/MensRights24/03/22 09:48 PM

A link to what?
/r/MensRights24/03/22 09:45 PM

Even if the laws change, I'd like to paraphrase Christopher Hitchens by saying: Never forget the way they behaved when the laws truly were on their side. Laws come and go, nations rise and fall, but hypergamy, the willingness to falsely accuse, the willingness to capitalize on the benefits of a biased legal system, and a total lack of accountability are eternal. Whatever changes happen in the future, never forget how they behaved when an unfair advantage really was on the table.

I do do it, and it hasn't hindered me in the slightest from achieving anything. I don't know who's telling you that you aren't "supposed" to interact with the washing machine or dishwasher, but that's not something I've ever encountered.

I fell into this very same habit and still do it to this day. How some people think burning up all of their energy in the name of convincing someone of really anything is beyond me. "You're right" is like a magical "go the fuck away" spell where people's tender feelings don't get bruised.

We're a mixed economy, maybe more socialist than capitalist at this point, which is why "capitalism" seems so difficult to everyone. That's why every rapidly diminishing dollar has to be taxed a hundred times over, to afford our absurdly bloated welfare state. This reality was voted in overwhelmingly by women, who happen to be the majority of voters in America.

Exactly this. It's because of this that women can physically bully men with impunity. Both of my abusive exes knew they were legally sacrosanct and could do whatever they wanted. In a modern society, it's actually the weak who oppress the strong.
/r/AntiFeminists01/03/22 12:47 PM

Hard to believe there are still guys who think their size and strength is some kind of an advantage when dealing with toxic women rather than one of the primary reasons you're a phone call away from prison whether you're actually guilty or not. I remember Bill Maher on the Joe Rogan podcast saying something like, "Dude, if you're afraid of being beat up by your girlfriend, it might be time to start hitting the gym." So that he can do what, Bill, beat the fuck out of her and get a twenty-five yea…

/r/MensRights16/02/22 09:31 PM

Men's physical strength is measurable. The claim that women are emotionally strong is dubious and vague at best, and I'm inclined to call it outright false in a staggering number of examples that I've at least anecdotally experienced. Further, any sexual "strength" they have (substitute the word strength with power or influence if you like) is granted to them purely by men's sexual desire for them, which might render the entire point moot. We are absurdly far off from an even split in "strength"…

I'll argue the point that there is no inequality. There is definitely inequality. If women want equal rights, they either need to lose a few rights or men need to gain a few. Then we'd be about equal.

"That just doesn't happen to men." Aggravated stalking? You sure that doesn't happen to men? Ever? Because I've had a number of women do it to me and the effects can be just as damaging as a man doing it to a woman, don't get that twisted for a second.

You don't respond. By the time someone is espousing this level of intellectual laziness and this level of toxicity, they aren't likely to accept reason. I don't mean to insult your mother, but this sounds very much like a zero sum game to play. Move forward understanding that you're going to encounter a lot of this type of attitude in the world, especially as society moves ever onward in this direction, but it doesn't have to impact you internally. That's the great romanticism of a man pursuing his independence and freedom. When women do it, the world celebrates them. When men do it, the world shames them. To do it anyway, despite the entire world's vocal disapproval is, to me, the real display of bravery, the only true romanticism that even can be displayed because it intrinsically requires foregoing the approval of the whole world in favor of one's approval of oneself; after all, you can't be independent while being dependent upon the ap…

Consider the bills an investment into your new life; eat the cost and take it in stride. It might seem unbelievable that you're uprooting your entire life, but even more unbelievable, I should think, would be to not uproot it and stay in that mess. Because something is tradition does not make it a requirement, and because an idea is popular does not make it accurate. Good on you not only for thinking for yourself, but also for looking out for your son's wellbeing despite clown world's view of the matter. My hope is that more and more parents begin thinking critically on this topic and, just maybe, circumcision won't just be considered an operation that must be completed as a matter of course. Toxic all around. Get away from it, get your health together, squash the drinking and any other harmful habits then analyze why you were ever in something like that to begin with. If she ever went to the police, you'd have been hit with a felony that would definitely screw up your ability to work in the future. Cut ties and consider yourself lucky to not be in prison.

Be careful with this notion of hitting people back regardless of their gender. The law is almost never applied equally, and you can get in some SERIOUS legal shit for hitting a woman. You can also get in serious legal shit if a woman hits you and you do nothing. Basically, getting involved in this situation in any way can get you in serious legal shit. We're talking felonies here. In my opinion, the best shield is absence. Get the hell away from anyone that might find it acceptable to strike you…

This stuff seems to come, at least in pretty large part, from freaking white people. Some kind of virtue signal? I've never understood it. Was sincerely told by my ex once to "shut my white mouth" when I raised the point that anti-any race rhetoric is fundamentally racist, including but not limited to anti-white rhetoric. She's German/English, born and raised in America. And she's called "ex" for a reason.

Paternity test. Find out if Sweden is anything like America when it comes to what they call "societal paternity," which is where you can be held accountable for another man's biological child. If it's not yours, and it doesn't look like they can stick you with that, you should be golden. If it is yours, I don't see any reality where you get out of this. Men simply don't have equal rights to women, so you're likely stuck. I hope you get out of this and, if you do, please be hyper vigilant going f…

Can't answer the question for two reasons. One, I don't oppose any law that protects women from unintended pregnancy and/or sexual infection. Two, I don't know of anyone else opposing it, so I don't know what their reasons might be. My only issue is that, as usual, great strides are taken to protect women from something men are expected to endure ad infinitum. Aside from that, no problem as far as I can see.

At some point, it has to be said that having sex with women at all is just too much of a liability. I think we've been at that point for some time now, at least that's my view. You guys do you, and I wish you luck.

Sure, they're out there. They aren't exactly legion, though. Then there's the matter of differentiating between the ones that genuinely take issue with the legal and social discrepancy men have to face, and those who are effectively reading from a script to achieve an objective.
