Maybe I can run faster than 10 min mile. I usually just go on the treadmill and do 6.0 (1 mile every 10 mins) for 30 minutes/3 miles. But I certainly was not obese and in a wheelchair and all of those other things are true.

are you sure you're doing everything properly? it's been about 3 months for me and: i've went from 27% bodyfat to ~18-22% lost 12 pounds bench went from 65 lbs to 120 lbs went from being unable to do a proper pushup to busting out 30 in a row and 100 every night have had numerous comments on losing weight from family and friends (i was not fat, i was skinnyfat though) and had 1-2 girls try to touch my muscles even tho i still don't look like i lift went from running 2 min max to being able to ru…

The funniest thing is these morons think it's a violation of privacy. And her reps don't have an idea of how the 'cloud', the internet, or simple file sharing works.
