Therefore she's British by brith Yes, she has British citizenship, but still 100% Indian. But that doesn't make you 'half british'... Your parents citizenship isn't hereditary. Don't confuse nationality & citizenship for ethnic heritage. If your mom was 100% Indian for example, but born in Norway, that wouldn't make you half Norwegian because she was born in Norway.
