1	This shit really effected my self esteem and I don’t know how to get back to normal again I’m sorry you are going through that. I think it is quite easy to fall int the trap of feeling worthless and lesser than men, because to some extend it is what society still teaches us (at least on a subliminal level). But I think it is important to know, that sometimes thoughts and feelings are just that, they are not the truth.
