Come on that is not being very fair. It does suck that all these women lost their husbands or other relatives, it just sucks more for the people who died. Just because one aspect of the story is ignored does not mean the other side doesn't have any merit or tragedy to it.

In principle Marxism, sure. In practice after Stalin came to power many of the more socially radical elements in the Soviet Communist Party were icepicked. Western Communists not only never got into power (and thus never had to compromise reality with their ideology like in Post-Lenin USSR and Post-Mao China) but never had these mass cullings of the social radicals, which made the WESTERN communist groups far more dangerous to their states then anything the Soviets were attempting.

When they are in their 20's sure, but in my family my female cousins were "independent young professionals". Then they hit 30 years old, and now they are looking for "something long term". Only one of them has been smart enough to get married in her 20's.

What country are you from? I'm from the US and while it does happen I've never heard the claim that women having relations with underage boys was more common then the opposite.

It reminded me of the "one in four women will be sexually assaulted on college campus's in America" claim that got flung around for about a decade before people realized this would give US colleges a higher rate of rape then Congo during its civil war(s). Orthodox Serb-American here, while what you say is absolutely true of the teachings of the Church, we do have our own problems with corruption of the material kind in the Church (iirc there was a recent scandal in Romania?). I also implore those looking at Christianity to convert out of genuine belief rather then political reasons, you will get a lot more out of the experience that way, trust me on this :).
