Thanks for the tips, my diagnosis had been confirmed, second opinioned, then as i thought my original diagnosis i got one as an adult, so technically I've had a third opinion, first two by make and then female as an adult. Well that's the thing, i want to verify it, but doing so would be rather difficult, I'm going to make a subject access request to Google for any activity on my account from any OnePlus 6t device or devices that don't have my phone or pc's mac addresses

To check off, any old accounts are either gone or inaccessible in general, thankfully, Already done, Where available I use 2 step, Avast VPN runs on my phone and my PC, got a free trial for like 3 months, And I never leave without my devices, they have my music, and that is important. Genuinely good advice though, Not so much for my sake but I'm glad VPN's are so easy to use now, mainly for the sake of people with less knowledge of computer usage such as elderly folk.

Will see about this sort of stuff when I finish work, I'm studying cyber security so I know how to protect myself online, but it's more confirming wether she has been accessing my information, using any of my accounts, viewing specific device usage on my account(Her phone is a oneplus 6T, mine is a oneplus 6). And frankly, making sure she isn't stalking me, online or in real life. Cheers for the advice though Mango.
