| 1 | Divorce processIf I file for child visitation does that help my wife get the legal separation before the divorce completes? | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/11/25 04:12 PM |
| 1 | Divorce processAnother question, i have a no contact order where i cannot contact my wife. The court split us up and assigned me one car to get to work and her a car for whatever. Both cars are in her name and the registration has expired on the car i am using. I cannot renew the registration of a car in her name. Nor am I allowed to take a loan for a car. Whats the protocol | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/11/25 06:19 PM |

| 2 | Guys, I really need some strategic adviceMake sure you take full control of your assets put as much as you can in your name only, make sure your direct deposit is in your name, use any credit card in her name you may have jointly with her for any and all expenses. Full stop. | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/11/25 05:10 PM |
