precisely this. Some parts of the world (I'm looking at you, Asia), have this general relationship-part down pat. That is to say: hard work comes before "romance" and "love", and without effort from both parties in the relationship, it, and social structure will devolve (a la the West).

You focus entirely on social issues which for what they are worth are interesting to discuss but they only target the west and its own progression. You've somehow managed to miss the whole point of OPs post. The left focuses entirely on social issues--by definition. The right refuses to on "principle" or some other sanctimonious garbage. While the left continue to push their multiculti/cultural marxism down the throat of the west, the right throws their hands up, and claims foul play--usually so…

There seems to be a lot of people missing the point here. Your post was not only very clear, but also very well put. I was hoping as I began reading that you would arrive at the point you did. Namely, that conservatism these days is not effectively "conserving" anything worth conservation. In an ever-increasingly liberal America/West, I have zero desire to "conserve" anything. And this was wonderfully highlighted by you--conservatives lose because, at the end of the day, they have no ideology. N…

Not to discount your post- which is detailed and generally accurate. But the reason people claim victimhood (which isn't to be conflated with them being actual "victims") is plainly political reality. It is a way to advance through society, and it's effect in advancement is twofold: (i) it automatically demotes the white straight male; and (ii) it elevates the "victim" based on his or her redeemable "victimhood points" (which, as you mention, is racial, gender, etc etc.) My main point is simply …

the requirement that one "improve their ability to multitask" is a falsehood that's been perpetuated by the hollywood portrayal of the million-dollar wall street man--who is seemingly everywhere at once, with equal time to devote to all facets of life. However, this is a farce. That millionaire investment banker autistically analyzes projections and numbers for hours upon hours upon hours at a time, in an almost inhuman way. That is what makes greatness. Raw singular attention. This is applicabl…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
