2	When is it safe to move out? It I think is very state and even county specific. So ask your lawyer is your best bet. Here in CO at least the whole abandonment idea is pretty overblown and is not that much of an issue. 3	Spousal Support Enforcement Outside the USA You are correct in that it is technically possible that after he has been found in contempt, they could theoretically seek extradition.
