Assuming we’re talking about single dads, that’s true as well. Typically, the father can’t give up their children unless the mother consents to it.

When we found that women were paid less than men on average, they said it was sexism. When we found out that the answer was because women on average work fewer hours, choose lower-paying jobs, and less dangerous work, but we had no idea why, those unknowns became sexism. Feminism is a religion, except instead of the answer always pointing to the supernatural, the answer is sexism.

Okay then. In return, if a woman isn’t ready to cook and clean around my house, she’s a waste of time, deal?

No. Feminists expect us to drop everything for them, but when we need their help, not a peep. Besides, they just exploited a ten-year-old being raped just to defend the Jane Roe case (to which, this particular case could count as an ectopic pregnancy, so termination is a legal and viable option in all 50 states), and described it so vaguely that up until the rapist himself came forward, I was beginning to think they made the whole thing up! Just never said anything because I was afraid that ther…

Ironically, the economic damage is mostly going to be in Blue States, where abortion is still counted as a right.

As men living in a world of convenience, I believe our question should not be our usefulness, but our necessity. My answer to that question is yes, because I love my dad, and I can’t possibly imagine my life without him ever being here. Makes me feel bad for all of the children who have had to grow up without one.

Women can still legally surrender their babies to the nearest church, fire department, police station, hospital, or similar, even anonymously, so women still have the unalienable right to opt out of motherhood if they so choose to. The Jane Roe case has absolutely no effect on that idea.

From what I have seen from the pro-choice movement, men are only allowed to have an opinion on abortion if it lines up exactly with their ideals. This isn’t a movement, it’s a cult.

How can you possibly hate a libertarian? Libertarians just want everyone to be able to be left to their own devices so long as they aren’t murdering each other with the machetes they stole from Walmart, or some dumb crap like that! Plus, what if I told you, there was a way to help women without government? It’s name is Capitalism, and it has been the tried and true way of economic prosperity for last 400 years or so.

Are said states forcing women into sexual relationships and/or marriages with men they don’t like? No? Then they do have a choice! Barring rape and molestation, women absolutely do get to choose whether or not they get pregnant.

That does not excuse attacking an innocent man, who most likely is unaware of said atrocities. All they’re doing is turning the tables on us, and that doesn’t make us equal, it just makes them the oppressor. Also, according to the FBI, over 80% of all black murder victims are killed by someone of the same race, and over 80% of all whites are also killed by a person of the same race, so this whole idea of white men consistently murdering black folks is statistically false, so you don’t really hav…

Women are not like Komodo Dragons, where they can not have sex for a while and still have babies. We are humans, it takes a man and a woman to do it, so naturally, I think the father should take as much of a role in the child’s life as the mother. Custody should go to the most suitable, irrespective of gender, period!

I don’t think that the feminists thought it through when they decided they should reserve any power to take their kids away from their fathers. They just created the perfect narrative for fathers to be negligent with the new lives they put into the world. After all, why should I, as a man, support a child if I have no control over the role I play in their lives?

Because if you actually cared about women’s lives, you would have given me all of this information from the start, instead of asserting yourself with the, “bUt WhAt AbOuT rApE?” argument, which has nothing to do with ~98% of abortions, yet you also say that a fetus is just a convenient clause to control women. From what I’ve been looking at, it doesn’t look like men and women are treated any differently under normal circumstances. Judges have a lot of discretion in their decision. Rule of law gives enforcement an inch, and discretion gives them a mile. The obvious problem is that public opinion seems to lean towards the feminists, so when you open up court rooms to media networks known for lying to the public, judges have to make these decisions under the gun, hence how women can get so much leverage …

I know how you feel, man. In the West, the woman’s role has expanded so much that their duties have stretched beyond the home, but the man’s role as the sole provider and protector has stayed in place. Why should I have to conform to my traditional roles if women don’t have to?

I think the reason it still exists is because there are many people who believe that the opponents to believing all women wouldn’t believe her even if she did have evidence. My cousin visited me last week, and she said that the intention was to believe them upon evidence coming out. Okay, fair point, but how about instead of the intention, let’s talk about what it’s actually doing, ruining the lives of innocent men everywhere. The feminists hold on to false data. The gender wage gap doesn’t even cover any factors like hours worked, or ranking. It’s just the overall pay of men and women working full time. If I’m working the same job and schedule as a woman, and she gets less for it, that’s blatant discrimination, but if I’m a senior worker and she’s a young intern, that’s just how it is.

Yeah, though I did see that case, and I don’t think it’s nearly as black and white as most of us think. The man who got exonerated from his rape charge after 28 years because of the dream, it was because the woman wasn’t fully conscious through her whole encounter, and the DNA evidence that could have proved his innocence was destroyed, so all the police had to count on was the dream. He is out now because he got a letter from the actual rapist saying that he did the crime.

I don’t think I really agree with you’re first reasoning. Minimum wage not only artificially increases unemployment, it can be argued it was created for that purpose. In the 1930’s in Australia, Socialist thinkers supported the minimum wage believing that it would push ethnic minorities, particularly the Chinese, out of the labor force. In America, it wasn’t that much different, as it was stated it would eliminate black people, married women, and other proclaimed undesirables out of the work for…

Yeah, with cancel culture, it’s hard to get a word in without people demanding that top media officials censor you. Even the people promoting cancel culture have to scrutinize their language before they post anything stating their opinion. How is that not a sign to some?
/r/AntiFeminists20/02/22 08:30 PM

Sheesh, the courts need to get efficient! Having to wait years until you can even get your case to trial is a blatant violation of the human rights of everyone involved.

There’s no way we’ll get it with the current administration in charge, or any other for that matter. Trying to make a bill law just takes too long. I think what we need to do is a crowd fundraiser to build more male domestic violence shelters, and start getting funding for sustaining them from companies with reliable revenue sources.
/r/MensRights19/02/22 12:49 AM
9

Doubt it. Usually opinions that have been publicized do not reflect the majority. It’s like when the feminists try to convince us that society in the states hates women. I’m sure there’s a silent majority we’re not hearing for whatever reason, doesn’t help that Japan’s government is becoming more aggressively militant, maybe even more so than most other westernized nations.
/r/MensRights18/02/22 05:38 AM
19

I see what you mean now, though I think this is more of a result of the law having to be extremely specific rather than just being boiled down to misogyny or other forms of sexual discrimination.
/r/MensRights18/02/22 05:30 AM

Can I have a source for this? What you describe sounds more like India to me.

Bet she also complains about the gender wage gap. Let’s talk about the actual wage gap. Why can’t I find some rich lady to give me money, and all I have to do is remain at least somewhat attractive and have sex with her from time to time? I guess I could modern day, but it’s not as if I’m top tier gorgeous like a lot of male sugar babies are.
/r/AntiFeminists17/02/22 06:34 PM

/r/AntiFeminists16/02/22 05:01 PM

Exactly. The average working woman is younger than the average working man, so with that alone, we should expect men to make more in the work force. Also, do you know who earns the least in the workforce? Childless men! That means we either live in a society that discriminates against childless men, or something else is at work here. Edit: Grammar

It is objectively different, because one is played off as a joke, and the other is rightfully condemned. In all seriousness, though, you should really start spending less time with your sister if that’s how she really feels. She’s entitled to her own opinion, but she’s not entitled to your time.

Had to take Title IX training. It was basically just people explaining things to me that I either already knew or are just flat-out wrong. They even said that not believing a woman who makes a sexual misconduct allegation right off the bat is rape culture. The idea that presuming everyone innocent unless there’s evidence saying otherwise means that you somehow support the offender is an absurd notion. The right to a speedy and public trial is essential to the democratic process, and more importa…

Never heard of this. I don’t like Netflix regardless, never have since they released the abomination that is the Cuties film. Yes, they got charged for it, but charging them alone isn’t enough. Possession and distribution of Cuties and all other films like it should be capital offense, with mandatory minimum life sentences for all convicted for having it.
/r/MensRights13/02/22 07:07 PM

The “manspreading” issue is also just overblown. Yes, some men spread their legs a little too much, but if that’s the problem, just tell them that you need space! You can be nice about it instead of making it a national crisis, especially when we have actual issues going on. We have widespread poverty, gang violence, mass incarcerations, we might be at war with China or Russia if not both of them in ten years or so!
/r/MensRights13/02/22 06:56 PM

I’d like to make a care center for men, but even if I had what I needed at my disposal, I’d probably get shut down from all of the sexual discrimination lawsuits I’d get.

I’m not too worried about this. My main question is why female-only spaces keep popping up everywhere citing feminism, but male-only spaces need to go citing sexism. Besides, if women want to have their “safe spaces” from men, what’s the big deal with men starting their own stuff? You’re staying away from men still, we’re just doing all of the dirty work for you.
/r/MensRights09/02/22 08:01 PM

Record everything and leave once you have all of the evidence you need to prove your innocence. It’s a shame that the presumption of innocence is never upheld in a court of law modern day. It’s unconstitutional, plain and simple.

It’s because we believe in free speech, and the feminists do not. Even though I hate this film’s premise, I’m not going to go as far as censor it because it would go against my principles. The only way for us to win is to not buy any tickets or merchandise for this movie. I’m through with playing these stupid games.
/r/AntiFeminists03/02/22 06:32 PM
11

Getting an erection doesn’t mean I’m turned on, it just happens. Sometimes, I even get erections for no reason at all. Plus, the expectation that we should fight back is just plain stupid, because men are always yelled at for hitting women even if the woman proved to be the aggressor or agitator in the situation.
/r/MensRights03/02/22 05:26 AM
4

What if the woman is picking a man because she knows he can’t or won’t fight back? Is it rape then?
/r/MensRights03/02/22 05:20 AM
6

Rape is when someone partakes in a sexual act without the other party’s explicit consent. You should always know for sure your partner is okay with what you do with them. The idea that men can’t be raped is ludicrous. Even children’s shows make jokes about men getting raped.

“A real would go back to his cheating partner.” No, that’s what men who don’t know their worth do, same goes for the ladies who do the same. You formed a relationship because there was obviously a trust, so since your partner has violated that trust, you’re allowed to leave. You aren’t obligated to put up with someone else’s adultery just because you love them, and anyone who says otherwise doesn’t want a partner, they want a slave, preferably one that won’t talk back.

I personally think that child support is only theft/armed robbery/extortion when the money isn’t going to what the caretaker (usually the mother) of the child isn’t doing as promised with the money they get. So as much as I hate saying this, I am afraid I’ll have to agree with you that child support as it stands in America is theft.

/r/AntiFeminists31/01/22 02:40 PM

Imagine thinking that killing your own children is a more appropriate course of action than raising them to be genuinely good people. If this were my woman, she’d better pray that she gets a stiff sentence, because if the court system doesn’t kill her, I sure as heck will.

Women are statistically more likely to murder their own children than men, should we make women as a whole apologize for our child murder rates? Also, what about the surge in hate crimes against the Asian community from the black community? Should blacks have to apologize for that too? It’s foolishness, that’s what it …

I have yet to see a woman who look shames that doesn’t wear caked layers of makeup. Plus, I can tel that you have something that they lack. If I were in your situation, I’d just try to find something to insult about them, and listen to their reaction.
/r/MensRights23/01/22 11:53 PM

Yeah, there is a perception that the woman carries all of the guilt and pain of miscarriage, but it’s detrimental to the man too. Yet when you are miserable because of it, people either get confused or mad because it’s HER miscarriage, not HIS. Feminists seem to conveniently forget that it takes two to tango in situations like this.

/r/MensRights20/01/22 06:17 PM

Agreed. Positive masculinity is a great thing, and should be encouraged. I think it should be if you’re a toxic individual, you’re just that; a toxic individual. That’s why I’m blessed to live in a country led by English Common Law, which enforces responsibility on the individual, and I believe that the current culture being promoted by leftist groups is a threat to that.

I don’t get it. Men should have no say in what a woman does with her own body, but they’re also the most responsible for it? Also, I think people who use this argument that women should have all say in the pregnancy have not thought this through. Don’t they think that this might be the perfect narrative for a man to leave a pregnant woman? After all, he has no say in the matter anyway, so why should it be his problem?

Because, as said in my comment, the pay gap is based on overall earnings, and it doesn’t cover any other factors like who they’re working for, the level of the job, and hours worked. If I work the same job as a woman who is working the same work schedule as me, and she’s getting paid less (not the case usually), that’s clearly discrimination, but if she’s an intern, and I’m a senior worker, and she’s getting paid less (often the case), that’s just how things are.

The data we have suggesting that women are paid less based on their gender is insufficient at best. Men on average work more hours, work more dangerous jobs, take less time off, etc. If men are getting more money because they’re working harder, this teacher should either shut his yapper or quit teaching. Besides, he’s teaching history, not political science. Also, childless women earn more on average than their male counterparts… Are childless men being discriminated against?

If feminism simply ended right after women were given voting rights, it would have gone down in history as the beneficial human ideal it was, but here you are telling me that I’m a man-hater just because I have a positive view about an actual good thing that happened over a century back, which honestly says more about you than it does about me.

Situations like this is why we need to be more cautious about anti-hate speech measures. These days, just about anything can be considered hate speech. Besides, the only people who are dismissive of women’s issues as MRA’s are the so-called incels.

You may have a point there; however, my thing is even though we didn’t take action against celebrities committing crimes before, at least we’re making progress now. Also, the women who cheered on Cardi B are the exact same ones that made sure Bill Cosby went to prison. Sex may be almost irrelevant, but it’s problematic when it is, that’s the whole point of this discussion.
/r/AntiFeminists16/01/22 05:07 PM

“…I haven’t heard it as a feminist talking point…” Of course it wasn’t, that’s the problem. If the roles were reversed, they’d be discussing it for weeks, and may even act out violently over this! I guess I can’t be mad at people for being more mad at men that harm women than at women that harm men. Contrary to popular belief, women can generally get away with a lot more aggression before being perceived as violent. What I am mad at, though, is that the feminists even justified her actions. It’s…

Just look at what happened with Cardi B. She drugged and robbed men as a young woman, and not only was nothing done about that, her fans all cheered her on. If a man ever did the same, I’m sure the public would be out for blood.

It was when the TERFs (Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminists) went all out online, saying that they wanted to kill all men. They naturally got backlash, but they just deflected the issue to the hashtag Rape All Women. Both are wrong for what should be obvious reasons. The only difference is that one is played off as a joke while the other is rightfully condemned.

What’s your definition of a feminist? It sounds like you just think feminism just means gender equality. If that’s the case, we’re the most feminist group on this platform. The thing is, feminism isn’t about equality anymore, it’s about women having privileges to be pigs.

That’s what I’m trying to do. It’s just hard to find relatable people who don’t twist politics into everything. As much as I actually like politics, I don’t like seeing it everywhere I go. Besides, much of what is being said in modern politics is just idol worship and media bias anyway.

Yeah, it’s always sad to see. Thankfully, the two people I know who are single moms did a good job raising their children imo. I’m not sure what happened with the first single mom, but it looks like her kid’s dad still had some level of involvement. For the other, her husband tragically died when she was still pregnant.

No disagreement here. I just hate it when women tell us men essentially to not bully them into doing exactly what we want them to do (completely reasonable), and then pull a full 180 on us. How on Earth do women like this gain 1,000 simps just by existing? They’re practically untouchable. I guess all I can do is keep fighting.
/r/MensRights15/01/22 03:57 AM

Yeah, the other way around is essentially when people justify a woman being angry by saying she’s on her period. Both are clearly wrong, so why make one socially acceptable and the other not.

I think a lot of the toxic masculinity as it stands is fueled by the left (and I’m not saying liberals because I always make a distinction). When a man addresses men’s issues, the comments are just loaded with generic insults like, “You have a small penis,” and other things along that line. Pretty much any point after first wave feminism is just the left creating problems and selling us the solution.

Does this woman even know the massive gap there is between Donald Trump or Brett Kavanagh, and the common man? I’ve heard the allegations against these two, and if there’s any chance that their accusers gain solid ground against them, I say they put them away, but these allegations haven’t even been tested in a proper court of law, and most of their guilt is fueled by media bias rather than physical proof.

Before anything, my condolences for your situation. I hope it’s not true, but if it is, what the hell is going on with social services? Now to answer your question, I’ve always wondered why the woman’s role has changed but the men’s role hasn’t. Making women independent is a false pretense for the modern and post-modern feminists. If you honestly believe third/fourth wave feminists are actually fighting for women, I don’t know what to say to you. Besides, women in the West are already independent for the most part. Let’s face the reality of things. Yes, women are just as capable as men to do manual jobs like roofing, plumbing, and mining, but when women first started taking up those jobs, they were doing it because we were at war, and they were fighting for something greater than themselves, which I doubt the person you chatted with truly wants to do. There are still women in said fields, but they’re a bit more in touch with their masculine side than your average woman, and most women absolutely frown upon…
/r/AntiFeminists24/12/21 06:56 PM

I’m absolutely convinced that feminists genuinely want men to be misogynistic. I’ve seen how feminists act. They exist solely to be angry, and when nobody is around to make them angry, they make other people angry.

I’ve always found this interesting. Violence is almost always portrayed as male behavior, yet women are often the either the instigators or the abusers themselves. If men were the violent gender, surely this wouldn’t be the case.

Probably better if she doesn’t have a man or kids, she’d probably just brainwash them.

I don’t think making a new name for marriage is going to work, because soon that’ll be related to jerks so we’ll have to call it something else, then that’ll be related to jerks, and the cycle will continue. I think finding a way to root out the jerks without making nice people collateral damage is the way to do it.

Yeah. Plus, that would create a lot of backlash from feminists for “benefiting the patriarchy” probably.

There’s a lot of social pressure to do so, because in the ‘30’s, the De Beers company promoted that giving a woman a ring worth a few months’ salary would make her love you for life. Obviously, that isn’t the case because the divorce rate in first world nations is really high.

I know that. My point is that there are women who only marry for money, and feminists aren’t calling them out because of their, “All women are good,” philosophy. I’m glad that there are more women like you who recognize that men are more than just dicks and piggy banks.

That’s a great idea!

There are increasing numbers of women who think changing your last for the marriage is sexist. I guess I don’t need to buy her a ring worth three months salary, then.

Come on, the U.S. doesn’t have a rape culture. Rapist is the worst label you can give a man! This isn’t Pakistan where women are jailed for being raped, and not being able to prove it’s a crime.

Yep, she’s right. Her hitting you with a frying pan and calling you trash, isn’t the same as you hitting her with a frying pan and calling her trash, because if you did it, you’re going to jail. When she does it, she just gets a crappy article written on someone’s crap webpage.

There is such a thing as toxic masculinity. The term has just been overused and abused to the point where nobody takes it seriously anymore.

“Be grateful we want equality and not revenge.” I know you don’t want either, you just want to control everyone and everything.

Joke on them! If we make men a minority, straight women would have a much smaller pool of potential sexual partners to choose from, so it would ironically mean that men would be treated better in society, because women would have to be nicer just to compete. Not to mention the sudden popularity of polygyny (having many female partners at once). Also, less males in the world would mean less females, so congratulations feminism, you played yourself!

Yeah, I think the lady in this post is just projecting her fantasies about men onto her son. Pretty screwed up, and I’d like to see how people would react to a man doing something similar with his daughter.

It sounds like she’s talking about seven different men! Sheesh, I wanted to know her voice, not her exes.

I got hit by a car, and I had no injuries. Guess we don’t need those road safety measures after all.

So when a man has standards, it’s misogyny, but when a woman has standards, “You go girl!”

Maybe not, but even so, anyone who commits such a heinous act is obviously far from a good person. I’d even argue such people are irredeemable.

I feel really bad for the men she hooks up with, and just as bad for her if she ever does actually get raped, because once the courts see this, nobody will ever believe her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
