Do you have a hobby you enjoy? When I am depressed or lonely I listen to music and go for a hike. It’s hard to not compare yourself to others. I am struggling with it myself. Especially cause my brother has a much better job than me and constantly brags about it.

Yeah that’s what my dad told me. Just don’t look at the short term, invest for the long term. Just have to find solid companies. I am in the United States but stocks are still good. Market seems a little overvalued at this point so I am kinda hesitant to buy more. Thanks for the insight
