I don't understand- Are you saying that women has less self control? I suppose some do, but that can be said about anyone.

It's not love if you can just switch it on or off, if anything love is something that tapers over time. If you've had years of not being attentive to eachother I can see it happening over a stressful occurence but if my sweet, loving man suddenly fell ill it's not means to suddenly fall out of love. We may be hypergamous by nature but we are not slaves to our primitive tendencies. The same way a man can find multiple women attractive but remain disinterested in them and faithful to the woman he …

I honestly feel in the bottom of my heart most people would stick around. Love is a powerful thing and you really don't see its potency unless it's tested. You are lovable and worthy. There's a reason why vows are "for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part". Committing to someone will always be a risk but it's worth it. Do your part, be valuable, vet for a worthy partner, cherish her and keep her on her toes. Have fait…

As someone who lost their Fiance to illness, I will keep it simple: Yes. I was with the same man my entire adult life. I loved and adored that man with every fiber of my being. His illness caused limb loss and weakness and even still, I loved him more than anything. Leaving him never crossed my mind. It's been 2 years since he's been gone and I have moved on, but there is never a day that he does not cross my mind. I loved him for everything he was, money or not and I would do it all again just …

Sounds like you're the girl they go to in between their REAL relationships. They may enjoy your company but they never stick around. When a good man really wants you and values a future with you, he pursues you and never lets go. Why would you want anything less? I want to add also that guys getting back in contact with women they dated before is fairly common. The issue here is that you actually let them back in.

I value my fiance more than anyone but he knows that if we were to move far away from my parents he'd have to spend a hefty amount on plane tickets because I need to see them often. Hispanic family and all of that.

They're everywhere. My advice would be to continue cultivating yourself. Be the woman a high quality traditional man would want and not only will that attract them to you, you'll be more fulfilled.

The age gap between my fiance and I is 11 years and it's been one of the best relationships I've ever had. He is motivated, well established in his finances and has been living on his own for years so the mental load at home is minimal. He is capable of cooking, cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, etc. without my input and it's fantastic. I have had relationships where I feel like mom so personally, not feeling the need to nag and knowing that tasks that I don't have time to get to will be take…

I deal with unpleasant people by disconnecting emotionally and treating them politely like I'd do with any random acquaintance. I don't really dislike people often so it may not be the best advice, but why give non-important people the power to ruffle you up?

I 100% agree that fragrances elevate our mood and attraction! The Perfume People LTD on Etsy has the best affordable dupes I've ever used. I'm currentl;y obsessed with "Suede & Peony Flowers" which is a perfect dupe for Jo Malone's Peony & Blush Suede. They also have dupes for all of my favorite LUSH scents! Not as elegant but still yummy AF!

I can honestly say I've never expereienced this, nor have I ever met a woman this entitled. It reads like a charicature.

Yes! My man gets groceries when we need something, cleans the tub every other day (he knows I love baths) maintains my car, washes dishes in the morning, and makes the bed during my morning tinkle. My man lessens my mental load and makes every day easy to be light, cheerful and feminine. Flowers and chocolate are nice but would not nearly have the same effect!

I used to love her as well but something about her has felt... Disingenuous? I can't put my finger on it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
