the way i see it, if she's attractive and you won't to interact with her, it'll happen organically. original or not.

yoga class, mall, park, friends of a friend (not usually traditional "seduction", i know, but a fantastic way to meet women)

good luck, friend. just do it right, don't traumatize yourself. if approaching is hard, go easy and work up to it. sounds like you live in a good location, so build the skill over time.

trash title, man. rejection is never gonna be easy, anyone saying otherwise is lying. but you can learn ways to make it very, very mild. being abundance minded helps. being outcome independent helps. working on your core happiness helps. don't make women your world.

your resentment is building up? okay, your brain is broken. read "the mood cure". and you can afford it. books are cheap. bet their knowledge is very valuable. to address the nested question: yes, you always have to make the first move. because the world is an economy, and when it comes to the sexual market place the visually higher valued individual will always be the commodity and the lower will be the consumer attempting to purchase. so there are two types of men, those who are naturally succ…

so if they kick you out, then what? if youre afraid of a verbal confrontation, i don't think day game is your biggest problem. i love negative attention like that. went to MOMA in NY with my then LTR and everyone stood around starry night two feet away. i just looked at those thirty people and said out loud 'why are you all so far away from it?' and moved so close my nose almost touched it. security almost threw me out. who cares? be daring. the world is yours.

weird is good if it's eloquent and eccentric. flamboyant or brilliant. witty. those things are endearing. weird as in socially stunted is a death sentence. learn social interactions. don't talk slow. don't stare. weird as in on the spectrum is a huge turn off. weird like wearing eyeliner as a guy and being from the middle East with a Sanskrit name, but blue eyes and tattoos, and a musician is fucking gold. embrace your weird, but not your social intelligence shortcomings (if you have them)

i disagree. a few years ago in college i broke up this couple (not proud of it) who were long distance. the guy found out me and his girl were friends, realized she was into me and said the same shit like "I'd love to meet him". next thing he knows, she dumps him and we fuck like rabbits. never, ever talk your completion up. ignore him. he's beneath you (make it seem that way. in reality he's a human being who's just as valuable as you, but all's fair in love and war). you have to be so confiden…

one interesting theory on this is mandible length. there's a YouTube channel called facehacking, which is based on looksmax philosophy. the guy makes the argument that women always choose men with better or equal mandible (jaw) development than them. jaw development is driven by tongue posture and diet, and since Asians eat a soft diet, they tend to have flat faces and weak jaws, this means an Asian woman with a weak jaw can date a white man with a weak to average jaw, but an Asian man with a we…

Look up his video on how he met his wife and tell me he's beta then. This sub makes me sick sometimes. Jordan Peterson is one of the more intelectually honest people in the scene and he doesn't take shit from the man hating feminists or the misogynist mgtows like you. You're either advancing your mission/purpose/desire, or catering to someone else's. Listen up, children. This is a fallacy we call a 'false dichotomy.' this basically means that the two options presented aren't the only options. Always be weary of individuals who argue fallaciously.

many women who ride the CC will lock down their beta-orbiter and live a happy life. You must be a bit disillusioned if you didn't even mention the fact that some women marry alphas who choose that, too. As if an orbiter is the only one who can marry an HB9. Come on.

The worst thing I find about this sub is the toxic posts which come up every now again from angry men after a breakup/ divorce. I can see why they are angry, but personally I find little to be learned from these posts apart from “arrgh, don’t ever get married. I hate all women etc etc!” Truth. Quite simple, we as the red pill need to acknowledge that there's a bunch of toxic sludge on this subreddit. Lots of guys trying to use TRP as an excuse to hate women. "If you do X, you get punished with Y" or "If you do not do X, you get rewarded with Y"... In both cases, its a manipulative tactic engaged in to force behavioral change in the other party. By presenting either a punishment or a threat, the party is seeking to establish dominance on some level over the other party in the relationship. Doesn't it seem ironic to you that you're complaint that she's trying to use punishment and reward, when the red pill preaches that good behavior in a woman should…

This is a fantastic, fresh view on red pill LTRs. Especially the part about simply being as ruthless as a woman and being okay trading. IN turn, that shows us that a lot of the things TRP claims to be one sided female behaviors, are not necessarily one sided female behaviors. Men can be hypergamous. And we've all encountered the male hamster.

I mean, I personally use the red pill to keep a good frame and a solid head on my shoulders while working hard, but I'm just trying to clarify the officially endorsed mission statement. Just because someone uses a fork as a back scratcher, doesn't mean it's not meant for eating.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the explicit mission statement of the red pill 'sexual strategy for men in a world increasingly lacking a positive identify for men " or something similar? Wouldn't that mean that the sole purpose of the red pill is learning to get laid?

I love the fact that you started with your weight. That's tangible. You need to begin building rituals. If you don't want to waste your time and effort, build one ritual and habit at a time. What does it mean to be Alpha? It means a plethora of different things. Different things that all achieve the same end product. The Alpha male is not defined by a few qualities, but an amalgamation of many things that he has bestowed upon himself throughout years of living for himself. don't talk too much about your goals and plans. Work on them instead. Reach them and people will see. Surprise them. Don't talk about this new strategy and mindset that will help you to be successful with women and have a happy life. Just do it, reap the rewards and people will see. I was hoping you were gonna cite the research here, because this is actually backed by science. Talking about a goal kills your desire to do it.

Most advanced lifters use microplates to have more control over the weight they push. You can just go up 5 pounds every time.
/r/TheRedPill02/10/16 09:05 PM
0

It includes all the muscles behind you and even your biceps. Like I said, your glutes do the heavy lifting. You're basically saying the same as saying that lat pull downs are a forearm workout. Yes, they play a role in STABILIZATION, but for God's sake, the concentric of the movement is in the lats and biceps. Likewise your glutes and hamstrings, and even your quads pick the fucking weight off the floor. Your lats stabilize. Your spinal errectors lock out. Period.
/r/TheRedPill02/10/16 02:31 AM
2

Also in case you meant the odd number, I use microplates. They're half pound and one pound plates etc.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 10:44 PM
0

Your spinal electors are the size of my two firsts put together at most. Your posterior chain is what does the heavy lifting, considering that your glutes are the strongest muscles in your body. Please read a book on biomechanics and physics.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 06:10 PM
1

Actually it is, unless you pull with a rounded spine, in which case, have fun with your hernia. There a two pivot points that work to overcome the moment arm in a deadlift, one at the hip and the other at the knees. Your torso is the lever and should remain stable. Therefore your lats are creating stability, or tension. You do not lift the weight with your lats. That would be a row.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 06:07 PM
1

I see. Now we've moved into semantics. Well, this has been nice.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 04:51 PM
15

Don't you get it? This is TRP, we don't point out the flaws in men, only those in women. In all seriousness, though, you raise a great point, that I wish I saw more of. All of TRP loves to sit high an mighty, calling all women the spawn of Satan, when we all know good and well that we cheat, treat women badly in an effort to be alpha, and do all other kinds of despicable shit. I'm not moralizing, just pointing out that we need to realize that everyone's fucked, and biased, and cheats, etc etc
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 04:29 PM
-4

If you train deadlifts and squats on separate days you better rep at least 600 on your pulls, and be an internationally competing Powerlifter. Aside from that, I see no reason why you can't do both on one day, considering that I did 445x5 on deadlifts yesterday and 358x4 on squats @ 158 lbs. And I'll be doing more squats and deadlifts Monday. The fact of the matter is still that deadlifting is primarily a leg movement. Stabilization through lat tension is not the same as working out your back.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 04:21 PM
1

Gotcha. My mistake. I mean sure, in the end bodybuilding or powerlifting, or even powerbuilding, they're all just hobbies.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 04:17 PM
1

Wait, why are you talking about strength goals? I thought you were into physique stuff? Your routine certainly isn't ideal for strength gains.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 03:46 PM
1

Actually, anyone worth his salt in deadlifting knows to train it with legs. It does build a strong back because of the tension, but so does a properly braced bench press.
/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 03:43 PM

/r/TheRedPill01/10/16 03:39 PM

I think most of this is on the right track. There definitely seems to be lot soft research backing the benefit of the eccentric, but it sure isn't vital. Also, your routine is not great, but rather between average and good. Solid exercise selection, but your frequency is not ideal.

You fool, this entire subreddit was spawned from PUA stuff. Kino. Escalation. Beta. Alpha. Set. Game. Where do you think those words come from? There are ways to organically display high social value, and there are ways to artificially display them. Pick up is an artifical display of value.

Assuming it was actually rape, let's not gloss over the fact that she was raped. I get that this is TRP, so we focus on the evil of women and feminism, Yada Yada. But if it was real rape, any sane individual would realize that he was pretty evil, too. Remember, this sub reddit is supposed to be about gaining an unadulterated picture of the world, not creating yet another biased view.

Style by far. From reading The Game I learned that if a 5'6, bald, big nosed writer can become arguably the best pick up artist in the world at the time, anyone can pick up women. I'm currently working on Rules of the Game and I'm loving it.

You should look into Greg Nuckols. He's one of the strongest Powerlifters, period. He runs a site called strengtheory.com, where he talks nothing but science. If you spent an hour a day for the next three months reading every article on his site, you would be twice the lifter you are now.

You're implying that I'm distracted because I'm on my phone logging sets and doing math? Is the guy using a sketch pad also distracted? You have a romantization of traditional methods. There is nothing inherently bad about using a device during your workout.

That's a pretty stupid argument. Arnold also didn't have the Internet to research the latest science on training, supplements, diet, etc to give him an edge. Arnold didn't get a 1100+ total in 2 years, using training information freely available on the web. Winners use their resources.

500lbs deadlift at 155 here, and this is untrue. I. Assuming you mean muscular by swole, in which case there is no correlation between being jacked and deadlifting a lot. To build muscle mass, you should do optimal hypertrophy training.

Fascinating insight. Yes, I've seen similar research where people on a 1-10 scale with 5 as the average rste themselves as a 6+ on average, which is impossible.

I believe this is what OP is discussing here - the times when a woman will dump an entire beer over your head, throw your phone in a nearby pool or lake, or slap you across the face at full force in a "ha! ha! I'm tOoOtally just kidding though! But not really! Whachu gonna do about it? Huh? Huh? lolololol" kind of way. Battery, property damage, battery. Don't let them get away with it. Just bring it to court.

Eloquently written. I have myself wondered about this in the past and have come up with the possible response here. The second she does it, pull out the phone and begin recording. Ask her why did she just swung a punch at you. She'll feel uncomfortable and either lie or play it down. Ask her if she often commits battery. She'll feel uncomfortable and either lie or play it down. Tell her in a civilized society violence is unacceptable and that you want her out of your home immediately because you…

If we read this as an article, someone would post it as a blue pill example, and we'd be laughing about the cuck that let it go on for so long. Comes to show that unless he's one of us, TRP is quick to dismiss the troubles of a man. We need more brotherhood with all men, not just fellow redpillers.

ordering a pizza won't give your body the nutrients it needs to recover. Recovery isn't really about nutrients and they're much easier to get anyway. It's about calories and protein and even it's not thaaat hard. You should eat healthy because it's good for your longevity, hair, skin, and sleep.

Let me preface my comment with the fact that I agree with Manson in Models, where he says you have to truly let go of the idea of 9s and 10s, because treating them differently shows in your behaviour (obviously). Saying that because pornstarts use makeup to look pretty, that there are no nines and tens is a bit of a stretch. There a plenty of women who look gorgeous without makeup, just as there are plenty of guys who have fantastic facial anesthetics and great genes and fit bodies. Pornstars ar…

If you really think about it, the unstated, subconscious premise of trying to change yourself just to get women to like you, has beta written all over it. I've seen this a few times now and I want to propose an opposing view. If we really think about the things that make a man a man, and I don't mean red pill philosophy nonsense, but the actual factuals, we will arrive at the conclusion that a man is defined by physical and biological characteristics as well as behaviours, specifically those tha…

It blows my mind that people still don't understand that LDRs are unnatural and that you're worse off than if you were single. I even tell the guys at uni that if they're dating a girl over the summer to not have contact. Go old school. Don't talk until you're back at school or visiting. There is nothing to be gained from the Daily Skype session and half nude pics.

Every new letter of his post hurt me deeper and deeper. He clearly knows that she treats him like garbage. He clearly knows that she is only criticising him and not interested in their sex life. And when even the therapist tells him to sack up, he dismisses it because he wants to be the sensitive one. Too bad. Looking forward to reading "Field report: how I banged a married chick with Cuck husband on business meeting"

If you define enemy as competitor it does change the context, but having an enemy who is out to sabotage you and will talk badly of you and lower your social proof is counterproductive. I believe that enemies are an unavoidable byproduct of charisma and success, and that they tend to be those who are jealous. I think the saying of 'if u ain't got haters u ain't doin nuthin' is a way to justify being disliked. Actively seeking enemies is not productive. To be fair I often find 48 to be contradict…

I'm sure you'll do great. Just always focus on internalizing behaviours you want by adapting your mindset to get the underlying principle engraved. A lot of guys try to be socially skilled by hardwiring the habits. That's not efficient. Develop genuine compassion once you're out and your social behaviour will follow

The secret is to genuinely get engaged. Try to care about who you're talking to. Ask questions. If you care about people and become engaged in the conversation, you will be perceived as charismatic.

$12 a day is a bit extreme. You can do just fine with $50/week or even $30. Chicken breast, salmon, tilapia, brown rice, pasta(I don't recommend starches, but do you), fruits, vegetables, greek yogurt, some juices, milk.

This sounds very much like the difference between outer and inner game. I'm very much on the inner game camp. Be the best you can be, and this will develop the proper mindset to behave like and become a high status male.

Social retards have trouble making friends. Their body language and posture and facial expressions are weird. They talk about strange things and use unusual language to do so. Their vocal inflections are off. Sometimes, they say inappropriate things. They don’t emote when they should. Or they do emote, but not appropriately based on the interaction. When other people are talking about normal stuff in a normal way, they just kind of stand there and don’t have anything to contribute, or they over-…

I'm very happy to read a post about functional spending. Frugality is a great way to allocate resources, because, of course, money is a resource. Also, pro tip for the food section: buy a couple of dozen eggs and hard boil them by the dozen. Put a dozen eggs in a pot with cold water and bring to a boil without a lid. Immediately take off the heat, place lid on top, and let sit for 15 minutes. Take out and run under cold water and replace in the carton. Put the carton back in your fridge. Voila, …

Since this post is practically perfect, I'm just going to point out the two or three things I personally disagree with. Firstly, you mention running right after weight training, but for cosmetic purposes. Running is something one should do for either health or leisure. Do not recommend running for building a physique. It's a time waster. I plan on doing a detailed post on proper efficient training later. Second, you said to learn to manage your money or cancel your credit card. In 21st century A…

That's certainly true, since we all know the age old adage 'show me your five closest friends and I'll show you who you are.' I'm not entirely committed to the idea of enemies being a necessity, though, since I believe unequivocal social proof to be powerful. Can't hate a guy who's universally loved.

This is an extremely insightful post. I recently started implementing behaviours from a book called the charisma myth. I saw the negative effects of being present first hand when I made friends with a group of guys who go out 4-5 nights a week. I'm not interested in that. When I quit drinking I had to put a hard stop to it. Lesson learned: don't make friends with everyone, because you will end up making friends with everyone.

That source sounds fascinating. Does he talk at all about the physical aspects of depression? I know in the gorilla mindset, the author talks about taking NAC supplements for the chemical aspects of his anxiety.
