Good point, but it needs a bit more tinkering to be catchy. I'd take a page from Manwich's book and say, "Men's problems are men's problems, but women's problems are society's problems."

But... We just made up the concept of gender, right? It's nothing but a social construct, right?

All right, but do you want to know what REAL misogyny is? When a woman would be assaulted, but a man is killed instead, because the assailant refused to hit a woman. THAT'S sexism against women. Why no, I'm not kidding. I'm planning on mentioning this in my own blog soon...

Thank you. I've majored in communications and dabbled in media studies.

Get over yourself, no-one wants to restrict people's right to express themselves through games. I hope you're right about that — note my musings on the Fallout franchise. However, that doesn't mean that games can't be criticised. As a critic myself, I couldn't agree more. They certainly have the right to criticize games as they see fit, just as I have the right to criticize their criticism, and you have the right to criticize my criticism of their criticism. So allow me to criticize your critici…

Gina Barreca's Nov. 28 column was revolting on multiple levels. For the record, women enjoy far more allowance of privacy on a daily basis than men. From the time they first use a public restroom urinal, boys are conditioned not to complain about potential prying eyes on their person, lest they be judged as overly sensitive. When women and girls express the same concerns, they are only exhibiting feminine modesty. (Would the thought of a female schoolteacher entering the boys' lavatory to look f…

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm planning to start off with spins on serious MRA talking points, and I'll have more fun with it after I've gained more solid footing.

Both terms are acceptable, and I prefer 'masculist' as it rolls off the tongue more easily. My first follower: @MasculinistHulk. I specifically recall trying this URL to make sure it hadn't been taken, and it wasn't. Hmmm...
