Thanks a lot for the thorough comment, I appreciate it. Simple spreadsheets to count what you're eating. Get food scales and container boxes for food prep. If you can't afford them, use spoons or cups for measuring and bags for wrapping. I have a food scale and I use it. I've been keeping track of my calories and I have MFP on my phone. I think the spreadseets idea is definitely good. I'm doing it right now. Though I don't have container boxes. I will deal with that. Measuring tape. Can't afford…

Tell me you suck without telling me you suck. Sucks to suck. Ohh, that was not good. He is a savage that he hurt you. You are strong, gurl. True, I should've been less butthurt about it, more assertive instead of a whiny retard. Still, boundary crossed → The boundary is all about you, not the other person, so I acted.

I´ve been adding weights to almost all my lifts, can´t I ride this wave for another 2 weeks? at least till I bench press (90 kg >>198 lbs). Also when it comes to nutrition, I'm clocking in 135-150 grams of protein daily and eating minimum carbs (less than 80 grams), isn't that plus the cardio that I do enough for a cut? I know there is no one size fits all for nutrition but all I get from google is either: 1) carbs are the best, you either carb or you die 2) Go low-carb, which is what I'm doing.

I almost got questioned by the moral police once for getting a haircut at the barber´s, which should have been closed during the Azan (call to prayer), way ago. But it´s a different country now, and even then that was the norm but I didn´t know any better.

You’ll get more applicants from dating apps if you 1-lose weight & 2-add muscle. Losing weight is the easier of the 2 and can be done rapidly, but continuing building muscle throughout. Thanks. I´ll STFU, stop DEERing and focus on my physique for a while Have you tried a replacement strategy for pronography? Every time you would engage instead commit to at first going somewhere and practicing /escalating game, regardless of outcome. No, but I´ll try that.

You just anxiously read everything looking for cheat codes or to mark the todo as done. Did you learn anything on the other hand? Absolutely you didn't. It won´t come from reading no matter how much I do it, that´s for sure. So I´m here owning my shit, and clearly it stinks. Set yourself to failure. Instead of researching how to pick good pictures, how to game over text. You just jumped off to check something of your list so you can come back to daddy me saying see Mr boring I told you it doesn'…

There are a few. Right now most Gulf monarchies are westernizing so soon enough there won´t be any left.

Idk about that. But I do know that even If I had been born in a Western country or whatever I still would´ve been a virgin at 26. And I do know that I want to change that.

I know. It's a deep hole to crawl out of. I live in the Middle East, I was Muslim and I've never been oversees except to another Middle Eastern country. Though I might be DEERing here, the social norm is to be a virgin before marriage.

Virgin. There was my ex, we were dating and I think she was giving me Kayfabe to escalate but I would pussy out every time. Right now I realize I am not attractive, and actually am unattractive. So my game must be really tight if I want to go get it instead of beating my meat. I'm being more social, trying to join social clubs where I can meet women and trying out dating apps (I know they aren't ideal, and are a buffer against rejection, but for now I don't know where else to meet women)

Absolutely right, I have no one to blame but myself. But ever since my last OYS I have taken steps to lost weight, downloaded MFP and have been consistent on the gym. Downloading dating apps is an absolute no-no here (I live in a Muslim country, even though it's Westernized). It's all Instagram and Facebook here. I've been posting more but I'm still nowhere close to where I should be to show off a good and attractive life.

I´ll drop what I´m reading and read NMMNG again. I remember the first channel, I was convinced when I first watched Mahdi´s videos that he´s right but since I couldn´t squat with good form I dropped the programme. I´ll get back to squatting, worst case scenario I use the smith machine but I´ll make sure I absolutely need to do it.

I don’t like 5x5 stronglifts. I’d say lift in the 8-15 range. Start with heavier work first. Push sets so they feel challenging and close to failure. So 3 sets of 8-15 reps. First set starts with the heavier load first and then I downgrade? For example: 70KG --> 60KG --> 50KG?

Here I´m trying to process what I know and decide what it is that I should do more of. I´m not asking anybody to give me answers on a silver plate; I want to know how to get answers. I've read the sidebar and more so clearly more reading is not the answer. I know I lack social skills and charm, so that's what I'm working on right now. In doing so, I need to improve my game and not be autistic around women; okay fine. The real problem here, is that I know what I want and can't do it. Sure, I coul…

(1) Got you. I'll incorporate squats and deadlifts and start using a barbell. Only one question: Will I not lose my gains? since I'll be using way lighter weights to try and improve my form with barbells. (2) I don't use RP jargon except in this subreddit and never irl. If you mean the act of unplugging and validation seeking, then that is universal. Yes every culture is different but it's way less than you think, especially since I live in a very Westernized Muslim country. (3) I know this, but…

You are seriously pathetic. Your first sentence of your first OYS is trying to excuse yourself from what you know is required. No one cares. I have watched and read countless videos, from what I gather: ´Frame is the underlying assumptions, propositions and desired outcomes of any interaction´ I know it has three parts: the emotional, intellectual and physical. So, how do I ´have´ frame?? can I have something I don´t know? Write what you have done, what you have learned and what you plan to do. …

I realised I wrote that I don't do compound exercises yet I do; but not with barbells. That was very stupid of me. Do you suggest I stop lifting with free weights and start trying to use a barbell? I tried 5x5 Stronglifts many times. Aww...you want the big red pill boys here to sit you down and feed you all the answers with a spoon? I don't expect you to do that when it's literally written that you don't do play-by-play advice. I want to be my own man, I see many people here unplugging and chang…

Why are you here? I'm here because I want to get insight on my behaviour and mental models from unplugged men. If I do that alone I'll end up making excuses to avoid doing anything and keep drowning in my own mental masturbation. Also I'm hoping someone could see my shit and figure out a way to map it to their own lives; iron sharpening iron. What have you ever done? Aside from mental masturbation (reading): Cold approaches, many of which led to me getting a phone number (getting a number not th…

OYS #1 Stats: 5'6, 188lbs (25.8% body fat), 26 years old I don't do compound exercises, I can't; my right side is way weaker than my left side it gives out way too easily and the gym trainers stopped me from injuring myself several times. I go to the gym almost every days, 2 days for upper body and 5 days running on a trade mail to lose this disgusting belly fat. Reading: I read everything (off the top of my head I can name: NMMNG, TRM, WISNIFG, 48LOP) several times already and I make it a daily…

BTW, she called me out on broken record, fogging, agree and amplify. I held my grounds with a smile but don't have knowledge nor experience on how to keep use/switch to what technique Just keep doing what you've been doing? if she calls you out on fogging, saying 'yeah but you're gonna do x anyway' just fog more or tell her yeah pretty much.
