Dieting makes it much worse (cause I can’t binge eat my emotions away). Exercise helps a lot though, and thank you :)

Yea I know about it, I’m still in college and broke and my insurance doesn’t cover it but i plan on going the moment i start working.

I agree with you People on here tend to be ultra red pill to the point they’re deluded and think it’s 100% fact and run their lives around it. I definitely think there is a lot of truth to red pill, but being 100% committed to it to the point you think it’s factual 100% of time in all cases is retarded.
