1	[FR] My experience as a man with depression & anxiety I have a similar story. I don't believe in psychiatric medications however. To those who need help getting out of a rut - try amino acid therapy. Its much more involved and the doctor will actually test your Neuro transmitters via urine test and tweek the results on you, not "how you feel." It's a hell of a lot better than the bullshit pharmaceuticals. It isn't synthetic and you do about a year max and once your brain helps itself you'll be off it - no "forever" fucking horseshit. 7	Quick Tip: Dress well in the workplace. I've noticed this too. My workplace 95% women and since I started dressing better I've gotten noticeably more looks. Before I didn't care but it was so worth the money. In fact they're just as bad as men. I've had girls just stare at my crotch in conversation like a guy would at a nice rack. Funny to me.
