| 9 | I'm a fucking joke. And I want to change. No, hitting muscle groups twice a week is optimal for natty lifting, so actually itd be better going to the gym 6x a week. He's also young and recovery is going to be easier. 48hrs of rest is sufficient for each muscle group. Though he probably should only go 3x a week to get perfect form nailed down. | /r/seduction | 27/08/15 01:10 PM |

But its absolutely detrimental to your overall health. Why would a lessened musculature base not be harmful to your body? It reduces strength to a fair amount (although CNS adaption does play a rather big role in maintaining/increasing strength), causes greater strain on ligaments and joints that rely on muscle mass surrounding them, and leads to a visually less appealing body… | /r/seduction | 10/11/14 02:07 AM |
| 1 | Looks don't matter. But they do matter. Comprehensive guide.Don't just eat less, that's just detrimental to your body. Is true. I would have rather done resistance training to maintain my muscle lmass on my very first cut, than simply calculate my TDEE and subtract 500 from it and eat at that caloric amount with no exercise. | /r/seduction | 10/11/14 01:50 AM |
