1	what would you consider the best/most effective exercise training routine every week. Or just a kettlebell every other day. I'm being facetious, but kettlebell swings and stretching will meet all your immediate needs. Using a kettlebell has differnt effects based upon where you're at when you begin. If you need to slim down or build muscle it will do either of those things, while also building endurance.
