One of the things I read was never threaten divorce. It's a manipulative tactic and awful to do in an argument. You shouldn't put that in your marriage like that that is damaging emotional abuse. Time to call her out on it and make divorce happen.

This!! You saw first hand when the going gets tough, she bails. Life is hard. You don't need her to bail on you the next hard thing that comes around. How about change your thinking on regret.. My ex told me I made a joke that hurt his feelings and that's why he was so unhappy. Of course he was banging his mistress and suddenly wanted a divorce but had to blame me.
