If you have the ability to change your mood to what you want by will alone then I am extremely envious. Plus these posts aren't written by Dickens, they're often pretty cheesy to read and don't actually go in to detail on how to be happier, it's just "Yeah! DON'T BE SAD! 30	Inner game issues? Get your ass in here. These posts are not very useful apart from to flaunt how happy the OP is at the moment. That "Eureka" moment can't be preached or lectured at people, you can't just say "Go to the gym" and instill that burning motivation in somebody to go the gym Ultimately it is down to the individual to figure this out for themselves, it's a journey only the individual can take and it isn't a quick process.
