2	Judge Denies Leniency to Teacher Who Had Sex with Student Kids are brought up their whole lives to know right from wrong. They have little to no concept of sex until about 12-13 years old. So a 15 year old has very little experience (I would hope) with sex. But that teenager who has very little experience with sex still knows it's not ok to shoot someone.
