In no way does this decision nullify the validity of pre-nuptual agreements in Australia. Rather, it confirms that contracts (including pre-nups) entered into where one party signs under duress will be set aside. There are a number of cases dealing with people in similar situations. Also, the decision does not guarantee that the woman will become a millionaire. 22	It was just a prank! It wasn't staged. Made the news here. It happened on Melbourne Cup day (held on the first Tuesday in November). The cop was giving an update on his phone to a radio station re: the behaviour of the crowd and that's when she pushed him. She was charged and went to court over the incident.
