I'm not sure if there's a word for that but I can explain the reasoning behind. So there are these things in Mexico called Mercaditos. Imagine a Farmer's market, but most of the people selling there are trashy af, screaming words that can barely be understood and talking extremely fast. Well these people often sell verduras (which means vegetables btw) so that's why they are verduleras.
