3	Black woman doesn't roll down the window all the way for the police, says "Are you serious? You're raping me. This is not necessary. What did I do?" when resisting and forced to the ground by a female officer. "Miscarriages", according to her, already as she is detained. My guess? She tried to roll the window all the way up while his hands were still in the grap, thus forcing the middle section to bulge slightly as he applied force to remove his hands. In combination with a downwards/outwards pull, that should be enough to cause a minor fracture. And with tempered glass, even a very minor fracture will cause the whole thing to damn near explode if theres already stress on it.
