See if you can get her to express a sign of interest (whether it be wording, a smiley, or just a straight-forward compliment) and then float to the topic of what she's doing ______, and invite her to whatever you're doing (have something good planned before the conversation even starts), that way you can confirm the meetup and end with a text that says something along the lines of "Cya there!" Think about someone telling a story to a group of people and pausing to take a sip of beer. Yes, there's that 1-2 seconds of silence, but they're explainable. Without rushing things, get her hooked before the other guy does. You don't need assloads of courage to do this, just enough. Also, if there's a way to create a situation where she would view you in this light (or you just get lucky with 1) you'll be at a huge advantage, especially if it's when it's just you and her.
