What a world we live in. I died a little more inside reading the article (even though my mental health hasn't been in it's best state and I haven't actually felt alive in a while). And now knowing it's this common... And barely no one talks about it. Something desperately needs to change. Personal experience tells me that men have no help when in any kind of trouble where as a woman only has to cry to get anything she wants. Don't you know? That's because men have no capability to feel any kind …

As any kind of abuse. (And this included all kinds...) I don't know much about the numbers... How common is this kind of thing?

And the worst part is knowing how easily it would've been to prevent it (aside from the abuse of his father) if only she had to actually serve her sentence and his custody had been given to his father. Truly disgusting...

Emotions and energy can be extremely beneficial at times if used correctly, but by no means should it be the catalyst for action. I know. Because you will inevitably feel down and tired sometimes, and then, I won't take action, if I let rhem be the only things pushing me forward... Meditate Well, that's one more thing to add to the list: regular meditation. I almost forgot! This will definitely help me manage my emotions. Thank you for the advice :)

So, it's been a while since my other comment... Just thought I'd update and say that almost immediately after reading this I had a big energy peak, like I haven't had in months. I have to vent it with some music, while I sat down, writing a list of objectives for the next month. I doubt I'll complete them all, but it's doable and now I can easily look at them whenever I need. Although I had been advised more than once to do something like this, this is actually the first time I actually did. I'v…

Thank you. I was needing this. Saving this post, should I need it again. I even sent it to a friend, hope he reads it. This is the kind of thing that everyone needs to read, at least sometimes! Well, at least I already overcame porn (been doing nofap for some months now), but I am capable of so much more than I do! After this, I'll probably be out of Reddit for today...

Interesting perspective op. That's why it is "alpha" to learn to live on your own, study something properly, get a job, get fit, take care of your physical self, get some hobbies, take care of your friends and family, and then relationships will start becoming better because you'll be seen as a proper man. Just like I said in this other thread. Too many people try to find the right person instead of trying to become the right person. EDIT: Just watched the video too, definitely one of the most i…

Misinformed guys come here because they want to learn how to make girls like them. Successful TRPers leave hardly caring for it because TRP is more about self-improvement and confidence than it is about "getting the girl". Exactly. There's one phrase I've heard a while ago (not sure if in here) but it stuck with me. "Too many people focus on finding the right person, instead of trying to be the right person." I think this sums up one of the key points in a red pilled mindset. I've been slowly sh…

Hey! I agree with you, but I assume you replied to the wrong comment. I assume this message was for u/relkaw?

Well, glad to know it helped you then! Just don't get too attached to it, and it should be fine. Anyway, good luck on the field! As the other guy said, change your priorities, and the rest should come with time. Although a lot of the posts in here have other priorities, I'd say self improvement is the basis of this sub and the rest is secondary. Not the other way around.

I'm not saying it is bad in itself. In fact, I'm also rather curious to try some weed or acid someday. The thing is, some stuff can be harmful if done too frequently. For example: most guys masturbate and watch porn on a regular basis. While it won't be harmful if done moderately, once in a while, it certainly can have some bad effects if done excessively. I'd rather smoke weed than tobacco, though. At least it should (in theory) be more natural, and you can at least feel some things you wouldn'…

The fact that many people do it doesn't make it any less harmful.

Can confirm. I've been vegetarian from birth and never had any problem with it.

This. This is why I've joined this sub! Every improvement we made should be done directly with ourselves in mind, not with what we might get from it. Improving is the reward. Everything else should be secondary.

"this is why i dont date black men", yet her daughter was black as morris day. People can be really pathetic sometimes. Maybe if instead of saying nonsense she stopped for a while to think about the situation, she would've actually learned something.

You seem to be a man who really enjoys life :) A few days ago, I happened to meet a 12 year old boy who has been living with a transplanted kidney from very early in his life. He has to take medication every day, just to prevent it from being rejected. His trips to hospital are rather frequent... He told that the real strength of a man relies on being able to keep a smile on your face, even on the hardest times. I'm sorry to read your friends are leaving you... I think it is rather understandabl…

Yeah. It's actually very enjoyable being alone with wathever os going on in your head (usually music in my case! I'm that guy that is always with earphones!). How can you be truly comfortable around others if you are never comfortable with yourself to begin with?
/r/TheRedPill19/08/17 12:05 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
