Yeah the overarching theme here is toxic masculinity however that does not take away from the fact that this specific phrase is inherently far insulting to men. Like something can be the product of toxic masculinity but that thing can have worse implications for men then woman. 2	People defending the “small d*ck energy” insult, what do you guys think? Yes but in context it refers to males. As in men who have small penises are weak or whatever. It does not refer to woman in that same way even if you can use it for a woman. Like if I was to say she has BDE then I'm referring to a woman but the context of the phrase refers to men. Yeah we agree on that part. It inherently though is explicit about its body shaming of males and as such the focus should be on that. I think the large majority of people are gonna agree that its used in a male context and really has nothing to do with woman. The phrase implies nothing about women's lack of a penis, it is literally never used to imply that unlike what it implies for penis size. I think its because the second part is a huge stretch, the phrase is about shaming male genitals and somehow you circle back round to being sexist towards woman. Its kind of ridiculous because everyone knows thats not how its used. Its used to refer to mainly men and not woman, it implies that if you have male genitals they have to be a certain way or that somehow reflects on you as a person.
