I did exactly that - spent $$$ to be able to see my child at all, finally got minimal visitation, and the mother wouldn't even honor that. Took her back to court (more $$$), court tells he "he must have visitation", and she ignores it again. One more trip to court, and more $$$, and the court *reduces my visitation* because "you aren't seeing the child." The outcome is I never see my child at all. Courts suck for men.

The point is that being mean to a woman has been weaponized so that money can be transferred from the male accused to the female accuser via civil courts, and so that women (and in many cases the accuser herself) can obtain the power that the male accused previously possessed prior to being fired from his job.

The court cannot take away your parental rights without a stated reason, but it can make it so unreasonable and difficult for you to see your child that it amounts to no visitation at all, and do this without a reason. This is what happened to me because the Judge disliked me after I turned some forms in slightly late. This is constructive termination of parental rights.

I got a court order that said I could visit with my 4-year-old daughter twice a month for 2 hours per visit, in Colorado. I live in Los Angeles. Even that was too much for her mother, who refused me any visitation at all and threatened to make false accusations and have me arrested if I came to Colorado. It is now 5 years later, and I have had exactly 0 time with my daughter.
